Only stayed one night but it was very nice. Both the lady at check in and check out were very kind. The heated pool was excellent! The fitness center was nice. Breakfast was great. Even had a decent view of the city from the top floor. Thanks for that. Stayed here as it was on the way to Chicago and had a good time.

The bathtub drain was maybe clogged and water backs up within a few minutes and it's very nasty. All the dirt comes back and fill the bathtub. It was a very unpleasant experience.

We informed the manager when we were checking out. I hope they had a chance to fix it.

One other thing is that Holiday Inn is known for providing complimentary one or two bottle of water. Unfortunately, we had to pay to get water. There is no consideration for our unpleasant stay and had to pay for the water, which was a little disturbing. Being an IHG member and staying at Holiday Inn for years and years, I would expect better treatment.

I'm definitely staying here again. Might've been the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Came in and wiped everything down with Clorox wipes, no dirt or dust at all. I was very impressed by that. Breakfast was great, they even had biscuits and gravy and it was pretty tasty. Had an indoor pool, although I didn't use it but I will next time. Overall, great hotel. I recommend.

The team at Lansing property was amazing! We had a vehicle breakdown on Christmas night and they set us up with a great room. The hotel and room was clean, roomy and comfortable. They were so accommodating and kind to us while we were working through our vehicle challenge. Management was very empathetic to our situation. Carolyn & Pam were great to us as well as the front desk team. I wish we could experience that kind of service everywhere. They are valuable members of the IHG team. We were on our way to the SouthWest and stayed at this property again on our way back. I would recommend this property. If I could, I would give the staff 10 stars!

Stayed for one night on a leisure trip. Originally from the area, so knew this area is pretty good, vice staying over by Halsted Street. (A few miles west)

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Pool was nice. Everyone I interacted with on the staff were really nice. Breakfast buffet was good with nice variety. Shower was warm. Having a fridge and microwave in the room is a plus.

I would prefer having a hand-held shower head/hose. Also would like a safe in the room.

There are several places to eat in the area, although I’m not sure walking to more than a few is an option. Possible, I suppose.

Always a great time. Love the ladies at the front desk. Make you feel welcomed each time. Very quiet and cleaned. Breakfast space was cleaned and good. The only thing did not like was if we needed something for the room we had to go to the front desk to get because of short staffing.

The location was great for our stay. As soon as you walk in you feel like this is a nice hotel. Our room 421 was excellent. Very clean and the amenities were nice. Like the refrigerator and microwave. The beds were perfect. The decor was good. Nothing wrong at this hotel from my perspective. The breakfast was nice. Felt safe and was comfortable. Would definitely come back if I’m in this area again!

Hands down one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I’ve ever stayed at—so clean, I’m convinced I could’ve eaten off the floor (but don’t worry, I didn’t test it). Heather and Tatiana deserve a standing ovation for their stellar service and warm smiles. They made me feel like royalty, or at least a well-loved distant cousin. If cleanliness and kindness were an Olympic sport, this hotel would take gold. Heather and Tatiana—y’all are the MVPs!
