During the winter times your sidewalks need to be taken better care of. I slipped on ice fell on my back hit my head pretty hard. It's the only side wallk on that part of Jewell that is not done. This happened on Monday. I'm almost 60 and am still having problems with my neck and shoulder area. Next time I fall I will.more then likely sue.

Kee, is a very kind gentleman. He helped us on arrangements before. The event center has everything you need, chairs and tables are all there, it is a big place inside. Kee is very knowledgeable and very understanding, he is a kind hearted person. Thanks Kee.

Our family laid to rest my dear 97 year old mother-in-law who was loved by many. We hosted the reception at Lakeview Event Center which turned out to be the ideal space to host nearly 200 guests. Kee was very accommodating to our needs and we are very appreciative of his understanding during our time of loss. Reasonable price and will return for future events. 🌻

Loved this venue, it was a very good size for the party we were having. Mr.Kee was also super accommodating, I was in a rush looking for a place a week before my daughters first birthday (that I only needed for a few hours) and he let me rent it!
Only thing I do recommend for the owners is to allow people more time to setup BEFORE the event, not set up a limit on trash bags (which was only 1 per trash can) because as a busy busy mom I tend to forget and it was a bit inconvenient, and lastly I’d love to see less of the owner just showing up unannounced while the party is going on (but of course I don’t mind sharing our party food and pictures of our setup to the owner). Other than those 3 things, I loved the venue, it was clean, owner was accommodating especially for something last minute!
We definitely would be coming back.

Do not rent this place. We rented it out last night. We were less than 150 people owner came in and the wanted to call the cops on us and if we didn’t want the cops to show up we had to pay $400 extra. It was a normal party no alcohol just music and dancing. He was extremely rude and a liar. We originally had an agreement that we would pay $100 extra and they would clean up for us afterward they didn’t follow through and then he threatened to not give us our deposit back even tho we left the place in great condition. Never recommending this place again. He’s a liar and steals peoples money. I have 50 witnesses of him threatening us.

The owner is awesome and easy to work with. The event center has a great amount of parking with a great amount of space inside the center. The owner works with you on a great price for renting the event center. I recommend renting this Event Center for benefits, baby shower's graduation party's or any family events. I give this event center a 10 star rating.

The owner was very helpful at first. We agreed to a full eight hours of use at the facility for our brothers celebration of life. We asked if we could get in early to set up the day before. He agreed to one hour of our eight hour of time for set up. We needed more than the hour and began to turn off the lights while we were still setting up and said that’s all The time he had and if we wanted to pay an extra hundred dollars he’d be willing to keep the lights on for us to finish decorating. He said his time is money. We asked if we could get in earlier the The event, and he said he couldn’t accommodate. So we had to pay an extra hundred dollars just to have enough time to set up the day before. He was not willing to work with us and was at our event the next day for the last two hours walking around. I don’t recommend this place.
