My husband and I got married at Avanti Mansion on 8/24/24. From the second we walked in for our tour in 2022, we knew that this was the place we wanted to have our special day. And we were never disappointed from the very first time until the very end. All of the staff that we worked with were nothing but AMAZING. We are still hearing from our wedding guests about how amazing EVERYTHING was and how absolutely beautiful the entire venue was. From the food, drinks, service, and the beauty of the entire space!! Kelly helped us through the planning process and was always SO helpful and gave her insight into helping us plan our special day. At any time we had questions she was always readily available and responded to us so quickly! Colleen was our event manager the day of, and she was absolutely AMAZING too! The day of, we had nothing to worry about and we knew we were in great hands. People ask us how everything went, and if anything the day of our wedding went wrong, and we have never been able to think of anything to say! And we have nobody but the staff at Avanti to thank for that!!! It was truly the most beautiful and spectacular day of our lives. And we recommend Avanti Mansion and their staff to everyone we know that is planning a wedding! Thank you Avanti for making our wedding truly the BEST day of our lives! ❤️

WOW is all I can say. From start to finish, we knew we were in good hands. From the moment we stepped into the Avanti I knew I wanted to get married there! We felt confident that the team would help us create the most beautiful day…and they did just that. If you are lucky enough to have Raquel as your wedding coordinator, you will be in the best hands! We are eternally grateful to her for making both our planning process and day of SO perfect at the Avanti. Our day would not have been possible without her.

We went into the wedding day with so much ease because we KNEW everything was taken care of. That is a huge testament to the entire team including the servers, bartenders, culinary team, and truly just every single individual who helped out for our day. Our guests have been RAVING about the venue itself and how gorgeous the property is. But big conversation has been the FOOD - many have said 'best wedding food ever', 'we cannot believe how large the portions were', 'can you get a recipe for those potato skins' and the list goes on and on! That is exactly what we wanted...good food, good drinks, and a beautiful day and venue. We are so lucky that we had that. We would pick the Avanti over and over again! Thank YOU all for the best day ever!

Avanti was amazing to work with throughout the whole wedding planning process. It is clear they know exactly what they’re doing when it comes to weddings. Colleen always answered all our questions and helped to make our Valentine’s Day wedding very special. So many beautiful backdrops and photo ops here! We had our wedding on October 26,2024 and we were so excited to have it at this venue! The property is beautiful itself but adding the fall colors was just perfect. When we were looking around, we knew after meeting with Jessica that we needed to have our wedding here. The space, food and everything they could provide was amazing. Another thing that struck our eye for having it here was having connections with open arms rescue. We adopted our dog from this rescue and that meant a lot to us! We decided to hire Jessica for a day of coordinator and that was so great! During the whole process of us planning and organizing she was so responsive and helpful when we needed it. During the night of our wedding she was so on top of things the moment we arrived. With giving drinks and food all night, and just being around for anything that we needed was awesome. The food was excellent, everyone raved about. We changed the name of a signature drink to have a moment for our dog “being apart of the night” . Everything about this experience was unforgettable and I’m so thrilled we had the chance to have our reception here. Thank you Avanti team for all your hard work!

Avanti Mansion and the planning team were amazing! We had our ceremony and reception in the ballroom/garden section of the property and I could not be happier. Raquel our coordinator could not have been more calm and patient with me through the whole process. She put my thoughts and interpretations of romantic story book theme into real life. The cooking was by far the best wedding food we've ever had, our guests were blown away. Special shoutout to the stuffed mushrooms and vegetable lasagna. Worth every penny!

My husband and I got married at Avanti mansion (Sept 2024) and we cannot say enough AMAZING things about Avanti and their amazing staff!!!!
The venue itself has three different venue spaces, each one more beautiful than the next! We got married at the garden venue and it was stunning!!!
From the very first meeting with Avanti, the planning process was seamless and easy. You are paired up with a wedding planner/coordinator. This was a LIFE SAVER and such an awesome benefit of choosing Avanti Mansion. The wedding planner helps out so much. They answer all your questions, meet with you throughout the wedding planning, recommend vendors, and so much more! We had Raquel and our wedding would not have been what it was without her! She was fantastic. We used her as our day of coordinator too!!!! Raquel answered all our questions (and we had A LOT), she put my mind at ease so many times and made the planning process so easy. The day of the wedding went so smooth, with no issues, all due to Raquel. It gave my husband and I the ability to sit back and truly enjoy and take in our wedding! When you book with Avanti, you are in THE BEST hands with their staff.
Each package has a lot of beautiful decor included, which makes the wedding planning so much easier. It’s truly an all in one package!!!
The food is AMAZING!!!!! Our guests are STILL talking about how delicious all the food was. They also have an in house bakery chef who did our wedding cake and dessert table and it was all delicious as well! Again, our guest are still talking about the food and desserts.
The bartenders were quick and the drinks were super yummy!!
All the displays (food, dessert table, drinks, table decor, ect) is set up beautifully with such attention to detail. Seriously stunning!
The entire staff is so organized, professional, and sweet. You literally feel like you’ve been friends with the staff forever, that’s how comfortable they make you feel!
Our wedding was truly so fun and all our guest had a great time too and it is 100% because of the amazing service we had at Avanti! I cannot recommend Avanti enough!! If you are thinking about booking with Avanti, do it. You will not regret it!! And if you’re lucky enough to get Raquel, thank your lucky stars because she is THE BEST and will make your wedding so magical and carefree!

Avanti was beyond amazing. Raquel answered all my questions, tried to accommodate all my crazy ideas, but also gave me honest feedback about what would be best without making me feel dismissed. Any time that I needed to get in touch with someone at Avanti, I received a response almost immediately which was super impressive. Being an out of town bride I was nervous about logistics, but everything went seamlessly because Avanti runs a tight ship and pays attention to every small detail! The food tasting was over the top in the best way possible. Such a fun event, and it was nice to be able to talk with other brides and share ideas. The food was top notch. My guests raved about the cocktail hour spread. The fire pits and patio off the ballroom were a perfect hangout space for non-dancers. We were able to bring lawn games too. Our photographer took a picture from the top of the stairs of everyone at our wedding, which I loved! The to-go coffee station was smart, and even included little donuts. I was able to drop off all the decor for my wedding several days before, and they helped set up way more than I expected! From start to finish, nothing but amazing.

Avanti made our wedding day so special! From the very beginning, Raquel, our event planner was so great with answering all my questions quickly via email. The food was amazing, and as far as I know, our day went smoothly. The only thing that didn't go as planned was the weather. We were planning to be in the garden but it rained and we had to move inside the tent. We were very sad about this but they did a great job of making it look beautiful for our ceremony and brought in a white flower wall. Our day of Coordinator was great too and made everything go as planned. We also stayed in their mansion with some of our wedding party and it was so beautiful and nice to not have to deive anywhere. It truly was the best day of our lives.
