Absolutely beautiful facility!! We visited this location for a wedding, and we were blown away by how nice it was. The location was easy to find and there was ample parking available for guests. The staff was very friendly, professional and readily available when needed. The wedding offered a served course meal and they brought each part of the meals to the table promptly and were very nice each trip the made to our table. The food was delicious too! Definitely recommend this venue for your dream event!

I had such a great experience at this banquet place. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to host a special event or celebrate a special occasion. I love Marinella, the Event Coordinator the most . She is the most efficient and the sweetest person you will ever meet . She checked on me regularly and made sure that everything is smooth and perfect. She helped relieve a lot of my stress with her easy going manner and very positive outlook. She is truly an asset to this company! The owners were very pleasant and accommodating as well. The servers and bartender are top notch and very competent at their jobs. Service was amazing ! Everyone had a great time. The food was delectable especially the appetizers. I will definitely book another family event in this place in the future !!!!!

Look no further! Avante Banquets is the venue to book. We got married here last month (July 2023). We booked Avante Banquets 11 months out of our wedding and the entire process was smooth sailing.

This venue will leave your guests speechless! The grounds made for a beautiful back drop for pictures before the reception so there was no need to go to a different location. Our guests were amazed with how big the venue is and how beautiful everything was. My guests still talk about the food on how delicious the hors d’oeuvres, chicken and pasta was. The plated dinner was a very generous amount for each guest.

We worked with Tracie and she was always very responsive throughout the months of planning and helped us with our timeline, questions and all our needs. And I had a million questions for her each time I saw her. She is such a great person to have supporting you!

The entire staff was always so willing to help out and they truthfully listened to our needs. Everything we wanted, how we wanted it, they made it happen! Our wedding was a dream come true and Avante Banquets made it all possible!

We had our wedding reception here on 8/11/18 with 350 guests. I had so many compliments on how beautiful our reception was! From the chandeliers, to the wall decor, and ballroom floor, it looked beautiful in the pictures taken from my friends and families phones. The next day my guests told me how impressed they were with all of the food served! I've literally been told we had the best wedding they've attended. They said it was such a memorable night for them.

It was great working with Missy with all of the details of the planning process. She is so sweet, quick to respond to emails and really easy to work with. Tommy, the manager, was there the whole night of our wedding and helped make the night go as smooth as possible. We also met the owner, George, such a nice guy! We plan on visiting his restaurant more often at the Chicago Prime Steakhouse. But I honestly had so much fun at my wedding, and so glad we decided to have it at Avante because they really did an amazing job.

Perfect Venue!
I cannot express my gratitude for all the staff at Avante, they truly made this experience amazing. As an out of state bride, the staff at Avante were very accommodating to my schedule and when I was in from out of town I could visit to lay out what I wanted on my wedding day. Day of the wedding they were available for my family helping set up and making sure we had everything we needed. During the event they were very attentive and accommodating to all the guests, making sure everyone received what was ordered and helping if they needed anything.

The food was amazing! I was nervous people would not have enough to eat, but everyone of my guests left full and could not stop talking about how great the food was! The prime rib and chicken franchise was cooked perfectly and the desserts were the perfect sweet treat at the end of the night.

I cannot thank Marinella and the rest of the staff for everything they did to make sure it was the best day of my life 🙂

First time here and this establishment is beautiful. Lots of parking. We went here for the Sunday brunch and the food was very good. Really loved the salmon bagels and the dessert table. Prices were very reasonable, definitely coming back.

We were at Avante last week, when we were part of a wedding of about 150 people.

All the stuff was super professional... The food was just amazing. Everything was super clean and very accommodating.

We were in contact with Missy, and she did a fabulous job accommodating us, and helping us with all our needs.

Double booked a FUNERAL and a WEDDING on the same night
Let me set the scene:
We walk in the afternoon before the wedding for setup and rehearsal. Instead of seeing both rooms opened up with the ceremony on the left side and the reception on the right side as was previously discussed right up until the week prior, we see a big wall in between both rooms with a family touring the other side. Immediately thinking, “This is not how Tracy told us it would look,” we start asking questions only for Tracy to tell us, “Oh yeah, last minute change of plans everyone! We recently scheduled a ‘celebration of life’ in the adjoining room.”

Now, calling a funeral, a “Celebration of Life” in this case is like calling a prison a “Gated Community.” You are not fooling anyone.

I cannot even begin to imagine how the individuals who booked these two events for the same night justified this.

You know what always drowns out the sounds of grief? The Cha Cha Slide.

You know what would make their vows even more special? Hearing a eulogy through a sound system set to the level ‘sonic boom’ in the other room.

How do we make wedding guests and funeral guests feel welcome simultaneously? You make them play “pick a door” and watch as unsuspecting husbands come into the room looking about as lost as last year’s Easter egg, scan the room looking for their wives only to see funeral sprays and concerned looks from funeral guests who have to re-direct yet another confused, white, man out of their intimate family gathering.

AND TRACY…. What can we say about Tracy?
Well not only was she incredibly condescending, uncommunicative, hostile and combative, but she was about as helpful as an accordion player on a deer hunt. She was there alright but she only seemed to make things harder and she managed to piss everyone else off in the process.

While we knew there was a possibility of their being another event on the same day and we did not have a guarantee to both rooms, we assumed that IF they did book another event, it would be communicated to the bride so that she would be able to plan accordingly. Tracy never called us. She lied and said she contacted all of our vendors which she did not. Instead we were left scrambling and shocked at the lack of empathy and foresight displayed by management at Avante Banquets.

Heidi, our head server for the night was the ONLY saving grace for this weekend. She was everything Tracy and her manager were not. Kind, compassionate, empathetic, attentive and gracious. She should be running the show and has more class in her pinky than the few people who sit in the front office have combined.
