Recently celebrated my daughter's Sweet 16 at the Willow Grand Ballroom. Wendy was very helpful throughout the planning of the event up until the day of our party. The staff was very attentive, and friendly. The food was delicious! We went with the Italian menu, and it did not dissapoint. Such a beautiful venue. If anyone is looking to celebrate their special day, Encore Events is 100% recommended! The only thing I would suggest/recommend is putting a larger sign with better lighting to direct guests to the Willow Grand Ballroom entrance. A few of our guests got a little lost cause the GPS directed them to the main entrance of the building, but other than that, we were satisfied!

We will forever be grateful that we chose to have our wedding at Encore Events! Kaitlyn and her team were so incredibly helpful and paid attention to so many details that we hadn't even thought of. They truly kept things running smoothly day of, and were kind and responsive to my every question and concern in the months leading up to it. Our wedding day was absolutely gorgeous- we had our ceremony at the gazebo and our reception in the Rose Ballroom and both were perfect. The food was WONDERFUL, and the servers and bartender were also all so kind and went above and beyond for our guests! Classy, clean place. I arrived early in rain and parked by the front door. Grooms and family were very friendly greeting me. I was directed to downstairs bar for a drink, because reception was 30 minutes after wedding service.
Wedding parlor service was very romantic and filled with their love. Seating and decor were very nice.
Reception went great, with good food and exciting d.j. leading a dance bomb good time! Thank you family, friends, and Encore Events of Wadsworth!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this venue. It can be super overwhelming to look at venues, especially when looking at the cost. Wedgewood tries to make everything easier by having packages that you can customize to make it right for your wedding. The place is on a golf course so there are a lot of places for pretty photos as well. From the first meeting, someone at Wedgewood was always available to answer any questions and were so incredibly accommodating. I must have emailed them a million times and they were always there and happy to respond. I worked with Ericka a lot and she was so sweet and handled everything so the day went so smooth. I kept waiting for something to happen since most weddings have at least one disaster, but absolutely everything went perfectly! A lot fo people said very good things about the food as well which was important to us. I would recommend this venue a hundred times over to anyone looking. We were so happy with our decision to book Wedgewood!

When looking for a venue for your wedding day, it is one of the most important parts of your special day! I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and place to get married at. Bridget, and her team were amazing. This is one of the very few venues I could find to accommodate a brunch wedding and doesn’t hurt the wallet. From the details meeting to the day of the wedding, Bridget was patient, answered all my questions and made sure everything was perfect. The decorations were great and the team added little things that I didn’t even request which is great. When you go to a wedding sometimes, you wonder if the food would be a hit or miss. Not at this place. Everyone who attended the day, could not stop talking about the food and loved we had half breakfast/ lunch options, and had a variety of choice to choose from. The DJ they have as well was great and knows what he is doing. We also, did hire the Photo Booth vendor that was recommended and they were the life of the party! Overall 10/5 stars as the place is beautiful to get married at, the staff and chef know how to cook a delicious meal, and the team works hard to make you special day come to life.

Went for a work holiday party. Room was nicely set, food was absolutely delicious, staff were great. Only problem is it's a little difficult to figure out how to get to the banquet facility from the road. Signage isn't great and there isn't a lot of lights on the road.

This is a beautiful location for weddings! The outdoor ceremony location is gorgeous, and I love how they turned it into cocktail hour right after the ceremony. Such a great idea. Plenty of beautiful spots for some great photos!
