Shaded Celebrations is hands down the best event rental company I’ve ever worked with! They provided me with a 20x30 tent, side walls with windows and cafe lights, banquet tables, and chairs for my event. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. Not only did they handle delivery, setup, and takedown seamlessly, but the quality of the tent and equipment was outstanding.

A special shoutout to Tom, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. When the weather took a turn for the worse and we were expecting heavy winds and rain, I was panicking about a gap between my garage doors and the tent. Tom, being the absolute pro he is, helped me cover the gap with a tarp I had – something he didn’t even have to do! His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help in a time of need truly set him apart. From my first point of contact, Tom was fantastic with communication and made sure every detail was covered.

I can’t recommend Shaded Celebrations enough! If you’re looking for a reliable, professional, and caring team for your event, look no further.

Across the board excellent!!

Tom answered all of my questions without hesitation from beginning to end. He was personable which made us feel comfortable from the beginning yet professional about his work! He played a massive role planning a surprise for 50+ guests and we couldn’t have pulled it off without him! He was right along side us for the entire production! You can tell he cares about his company because the experience his customers have is absolutely #1 to him, which was made very obvious to me from the start! He goes out of his way to make sure your needs are met for your event, even if that meant bending and tweaking the process to ensure it worked out.

The morning of the event, some of our plans weren’t working out as we anticipated them to, but because Tom knew this a big surprise, he was flexible with us and did what he needed to do to make sure the party was perfect for us, even if that meant setting the tent up a little later in the morning than planned! We had a small window of time to sneak a tent, tables and chairs into our backyard while the hubby was at work. Tom made it happen! He even parked away from the front of our house to ensure our security cameras didn’t spoil the surprise! Tom played a massive role in the process and because of that, everything went smooth and went accordingly. I think Tom’s goal was to help us throw a “surprise” party, and he did all he could to assist with that.

Like I said, Tom was WONDERFUL!! We have many other tent rental options that are closer to our location than Shaded Celebrations, but I will go with Tom for any and all of our future events going forward, even if he is a tad further!

Last but certainly not least……his prices. After calling every rental company in Walworth, Kenosha, Lake and McHenry Counties, his prices were best. We even have some family friends that are in the tent/rental industry and he still beat their pricing! (Sorry guys!) 🤷🏻‍♀️
We spent over a week making calls and waiting on return calls to get quotes for our party and Tom was extremely competitive! He even called us back the same day after leaving a voice mail, some companies took days to call back, one even taking a week! No secret hidden fees, no “shady” business! I would recommend using Tom over and over again!

Great party rental company with very good customer service and excellent installers. We had a large graduation party and the tent was very beautiful, clean, and perfectly installed. The chairs were bright white and you could tell the equipment is well maintained and cared for. Tommy is great at what he does and I'm sure he will turn this business into a success.
