Our group visit to iFLY in Rosemont was an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone in our group had a great time. Jason, in particular, was outstanding—accommodating, respectful of our wishes, and attentive to every detail.

He ensured the kids in our group who couldn’t fly were entertained and engaged, which made the experience enjoyable for everyone. Meanwhile, the flyers in our group felt safe and supported throughout, thanks to the professional and enthusiastic instructors.

We’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re looking for a unique and exciting group activity, iFLY Rosemont is a must-try!

It was not as we expected. We bought a package with 2 flights high and pictures and video. Everyone in the group did exactly the same thing. There was no high( they should be more clear when they offer the high option, how high they can go) the pictures were not clear. It was very expensive and not worth it at all. I paid close to $200 for a minute that the coach was holding my daughter the whole time. I think the coach is the one who is having fun not the people.

I would recommend booking a flight in advance.
Please note a weekend usually is a busy time in this place.

My wife and I had our first indoor skydiving experience here. It was a bit scary at first, but the instructors were excellent. So it turns out to be I found experience. A few things to note:

1) if you are doing the high flyer, the instructor will spin you around while bringing you up high in the tunnel. We felt a little dizzy from the spinning. It would have been a much better experience if they could bring me up up with less spinning or at least slower.

2) holding a fixed posture while in the wind tunnel requires more physical strength than I thought. Although the instructor says I can relax, I can't relax without changing my posture, which keeps my body stable.

3) The only thing we really dislike about this experience, is after The experience, when I am ready to download my photo and video. We only get to pick one video and one photo. The preview of the video they give you is only 20 seconds long, so you can't see how the rest of your flight was, which is typically a minute or longer. And also the preview of the photo is very low resolution and has such a big and heavy watermark that blocks a lot of the detail. So you cannot really choose which photo you really like because you can't see details of many of them. And the worst thing is that after you choose which video or photo to download, You can't change it.

I really think this leaves a terrible aftertaste. After a couple weeks they are going to delete the video and the photos anyway. Why not let us choose which video we really want, and see which photos we really like so we feel good sharing them with our friends and family? I think this is just bad business. And the people running it just doesn't seem to understand customer experience, and modern consumer behavior. This alone, made me drop 2 stars, from the otherwise 5 star experience.

We went with our local cubscout pack. The staff was so friendly and engaging with the kids, the instructors were great, and the experience was a memory I'm sure most of us will have for a lifetime. Don't miss!

My wife and I went for our anniversary. We had such a great time. I had Joe as my instructor. He was laid back and encouraging all at once. He even helped my wife and I work through a small issue on our end.

A HUGE shout out to Maddie. She is so cool, kind, and helpful, especially with the religious accomodations we needed. My wife loved having her as an instructor, and everyone was was going crazy over her routine.

First of all, I am scared of heights & my husband is into all sorts of adventure. I was pursuaded that if I did iFLY with him, I don't need to do bungee jumping or sky diving with him in the future.
So I signed up for 4 jumps plus one High Fly. I wish I was drunk, but drinking is prohibited before you Ifly.
All the staff were all super nice, I am glad there's a group of kids flying with us, I was a bit distracted by their cute questions and thinking if they can do it, why can't I.
They put the most difficult one in the beginning, the fly high one was our first, I actually kind of blank during there, not thinking about the height or my fear, only focus on what the coach gestures.
Even though we all sign the waiver, and I was scared so much, but we did it without any harm. & The kids in our group was all cheer up.
So I have to say -- if I can do it, you can, too.
The coach here are all very patient and kind.
Best place to iFLY.
My husband sneaked out during his conference and after ifly he sneaked back.
