2 yrs in a row, the only 2 yrs I had used this co, they made a major mistake! Never owed the govt in over 40 yrs & upon submitting 2014 & 2015 I had to pay over $1200 ea yr when I had already had monies taken out of my SS to pay my taxes! I ended up paying double! IRS found Cheryl's mistake; she picked up the wrong #'s & put them in wrong box on long form! And I paid over $150 ea yr to E & E! Her mistake took a financial toll on me & had to pay interest on both yrs! I still haven't been able to rectify these issues, but this yr I'm working on it! I should get my money back with interest! So upset!!!
