Lazy village workers are often seen on my street just sitting in their parked trucks talking. And whose bright idea was it to use gravel instead of salt for the bad weather? There are literally piles of gravel everywhere because the spreader does not spread it evenly and the workers don't care to look at the so-called work they did

Every year during winter my family and I shovel our drive way and sidewalks as needed and then the snow plow comes through to plow the streets and he plows all the snow right into the drive ways of the the people that live in the coldasack. I call them over and over to tell them to please stop pushing snow back into our drive ways, but it never works. These people Are rude!

Lake in the hills police dept is great I was in a minor problem with two tires flat I have health issue but the police offers did come by and made sure I was ok

Had to go to City Hall to set up water service. They were nice and patient, as I had to wait for the landlord to send over a copy of the lease. If you're setting up water, bring a copy of your lease.

I came in to start water service at our home and the lady who helped me was very attentive, friendly, and more than helpful. I saw a few of the reviews say they were rude here and I must say I was very pleased with my experience and their service.

Office employee is rude and they claim they are gonna come to the house and never show up. Today was 3rd day of 3rd excuse. Tomorrow marks 3 WEEKS of waiting on them.
