I am a corporate meeting planner and my company hosted a financial conference last fall in San Antonio. Goen South helped me with my two evening dinner events that hosted about 200 people. As a sole meeting planner for my company, Goen South truly acted as part of my team and was with me every step of the way from the inital venue scouting, site visits, budgeting, planning, and most importantly, the execution. They arranged everything and coordinated all of the details with each of the vendors (bus drivers, band, venue, caterer, entertainment, cigar rollers, etc.) on my behalf so that I only had one primary contact. This took a HUGE weight off of my shoulders. Luanne was my right hand man who went above and beyond - always with a cheerful smile on her face. She helped me fine tune my budget LINE BY LINE, beautifully executed each of my events, and best of all, was such a pleasure to work with that made it fun and easy. I received high praises from both my clients and staff saying that this was my BEST event yet - and much of that praise is owed to Luanne and the Goen South team. I would work with them again in a heartbeat!

They were great to work with! They had so many ideas for all sizes of budget. I loved the fact that I only had a few ideas about what I wanted and they were able to guide me to exactly what I wanted! They are absolutely idea people. They were very responsive to every need and nothing ever felt like it was too much to ask. Each event we had was done perfectly to plan and looked great. If you want a super fun event, ask about the Armadillo races. My group loved it. In fact, they are still talking about it. Thank you and I look forward to working with you again at some point.
