Abby Furbish from Nicole Mower Events is truly our hero! We already booked our venue when we engaged with them, and booked NME for their event management package. It was perfect for us as we wanted to stay hands on in the process, but their expertise and vendor recommendations were priceless. Abby handled so much behind the scenes which allowed us to enjoy the process and not have to get into all the little details. I can’t imagine what her inbox looks like!

Our wedding day was a dream, and we are still being told it was one of the best weddings our guests have attended, with incredible food, music, decor and florals. Abby, Nicole and Ellen were onsite all weekend working incredibly hard to make it all happen. We truly had the dream team and our only regret is not booking them sooner!

When we were looking for a wedding planner there was really no other option. I had found Nicoles work on Social Media and fell in love a second time. Nicole isn't just a wedding planner but a true dream maker.
She worked with us for the 1.5 years leading up to our big day, getting to know us personally and designing what was in our imagination. She created the most beautiful custom design for our wedding in September. She brought all of our hopes and dreams to life! She totally the nailed design language and color palate we were going for. She made the tent unique to us!

If you’re engaged…. the very first thing you need to do is hire Nicole. On our wedding day, we literally said (multiple times) to each other THANK GOD FOR NICOLE how could we have done this without her?! Not only that, our entire bridal party loved her and kept saying how incredible her + her and team was. Our wedding day was beyond what we could have dreamed of -- so fun, stress free, STUNNING.... everything was truly perfect and we know it's because Nicole was handling every second of it behind the scenes.

She made the entire process seamless. Nicole knows everyone and everything about the industry. Every vendor and I’m not exaggerating....every single vendor (rentals, lighting, food, bar, florist, photographer, videographer, transportation, you name it - even the bridal salon I bought my dress at ) ALL had the highest of compliments regarding her + her team. Anything you are stressed/worried/concerned about - consider it handled with Nicole. It poured all day and she implemented a rain plan that you would have thought was the original plan from the start! Even rescheduled our fireworks at the end of the night to find a gap in the storm so we could enjoy them rain free! Hands down the best thing we ever could have done when planning our wedding was hire Nicole’s team. Every meeting with her will you leave you more excited than you could possibly imagine for your big day. Her advice, tips, suggestions, talent and overall process of working together are truly unmatched. Beyond professional and extremely organized - not to mention she makes it ALL SO FUN. We love her and are so grateful and thankful we chose her for our wedding!

We hired Nicole for full design + planning, and we'd choose her all over again! We were planning our Portsmouth, NH wedding from DC, so we wanted to hire someone with a lot of local knowledge and experience. After talking to Nicole on the phone, I cancelled calls with other potential planners and hired her. She is so friendly, down-to-earth, and efficient.

Nicole helped keep us on track with planning and was really great about doing Google Meet meetings/phone calls instead of in-person meetings when necessary. When we were flying up to New Hampshire with extremely limited time, she helped us use that time wisely to check out venues, do our catering tasting, and visit rental showrooms.

Nicole's 10+ years of experience in the Seacoast area was really helpful throughout the planning process. She helped us choose vendors for the vibe we wanted, and we were really happy with every single one. In addition, during our wedding weekend, it was super fun to have vendors that knew each other -- we felt really taken care of.

Our wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was so smooth and organized. If we could do it all over again, we'd hire Nicole (and team!) in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for an exceptional experience planning your wedding look no further than Nicole + the NMWE team. We hired Nicole for full planning + design for three wedding events (welcome party/rehearsal dinner, wedding, and after party) before we even had a venue. We relied on Nicole to help us source a very specific type of venue, but seemingly impossible to find- oceanfront in southern Maine, and ability to hold 200 guests under a tent. Within a month of hiring her, she found us the most breathtaking location!

Nicole, Abby, Ellen, and the rest of her team were in constant communication with us over the 18 months, handling EVERYTHING: from vendor contracts, tent design mock-ups, wording of our invitations, and everything in between! She worked so seamlessly with all of our vendors, (many of whom mentioned to us how wonderful she is to work with from their position). Nicole’s vast experience in the wedding industry shines through in the amazing relationships she’s built with every vendor we used.

Not only did Nicole + team flawlessly execute a weekend full of events at a very logistically challenging location, every aspect of Nicole’s design was absolutely BREATHTAKING. Our wedding was more beautiful than our wildest dreams. Nicole’s exquisite attention to detail wowed us and all of our guests, with remarks that they have never seen a wedding with so many intentional details. The NMWE team made the weekend truly unforgettable for my husband and I, our parents, families and all of our guests. Every single detail of the entire weekend was handled by Nicole, which allowed us to be fully present the entire weekend.

Nicole and her team went above and beyond for our COVID wedding. We went from having a 120 person wedding at a golf course to a 30 person wedding on the lake at our Grandparents house. We could barely manage to plan one wedding never-mind navigating cancellations, overnight stays for guests and the regulations each state had. Nicole and her team went from day of coordinators to coordinating and helping us organize an entirely new plan. We tried to cut corners and trim back our vision since there were less people but Nicole reassured us that this day is still everything we hoped and dreamed of and we are only doing it once. So we listened to her!! We had the hanging floral chandelier, the flowers around the arbor and all the small details her and her team put together without us even knowing. Who knew you needed a table to cut a cake? Thankfully Nicole saved the day and found one tucked away. There is so much more I could share but through all of this Nicole and Abby made our big day the most spectacular day it could have been considering the circumstances. We could not have done it without you! Thank you for all that you did and for risking your lives to make sure our special day came together like a dream come true.

Abby from Nicole Mower was a pleasure to work with. She acted as our "day of coordinator" but did so much more than that. Several weeks ahead of the wedding she took over coordination with the vendors for all the wedding activities. She also made sure our rehearsal went smoothly. Overall it was such a blessing to have Abby on our side. Molly and I were able to just enjoy our wedding without having to sweat any details. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your wedding!
