No issues when it comes to this place. Clean, plenty of variety, and kind employees. I also like the two individual restrooms the females have. What I liked most is the sign (see attached photo) "Are you satisfied with the cleanliness of this restroom." Last, I must also mention the bathroom is compliant with state laws, specifically the adding of changing station in the male restroom.

Monday morning about 1 AM. Gal was so awesome. Did not get her name but goes way out of her way in helping us. She is like one of the very best I have seen in a Road Ranger, or basically anywhere these days. Wish I got her name. * 5 stars girl and a GRRRREAT Road Ranger in Winnebago IL.

This Rest Rooms are horrible.

It does look like there's at least one person on the team cleaning the coffee urns.

I have been stopping at to his RR on a regular basis for 25 years. This is no longer the cheapest gas between Chicago and Galena, but if you cannot make it to Galena with what is in your tank when you get to Winnebago road-this is your cheapest. Location is right off route 20. A McDonalds, Culver's, Taco Bell, Subway and Sullivan's Grocery store are within two minutes drive so no reason to buy food or grocery in RR. Generally clean but bathrooms can get a bit skanky sometimes because of high usage. If convenient and quick is your thing, then this RR is for you. Recently, a T shirt overstock deal of 3 new shirts for ten dollars in a big box. Cannot beat that deal.
There was a bit of remodeling in 2024, but the gas price is no longer the best on my route to Galena. I fill up early at the Loves off of the Byron exit on rt 39. It was over 50 cents cheaper per gallon than Road Ranger over labor day.

Parking lot is a mess,lots of construction….people didn’t watch where they walked. Back up cameras are great,but they can only do so much!

Not bad as far as gas stations go. Clean bathrooms, good coffee and the lady working behind the counter was super nice. On the day we passed through 1/8/2022, the gas was also much cheaper than anywhere else nearby.
