This was the cleanest hotel I’ve been to!!! The room was laid out perfect, with plenty of outlets, for working remotely. Bed and pillows were comfortable, there was a mini fridge, microwave, personal care items- you name it- the room had it. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the area! 100% recommend.

This is an incredibly well run facility. The only complaint I have, which is not their fault, is the highway traffic is very busy through the night and made it a little difficult to sleep soundly. So bring ear plugs, but outside of that, the hotel is immaculate and the service is top notch!

The room was very clean and spacious for myself. The bartender Carolina A. did a wonderful job. The drinks were great and she is very attentive. She did a wonderful job all around. Great place to visit. I will certainly visit again in the future.

Ashley at the front desk was absolutely fantastic! He was able to accommodate several people and our preferences. After traveling all day, having this type of service was such a relief. This is my second time staying at this hotel, and this time checking in was wonderful!

Recently stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights to celebrate and attend my best friends graduation from Great Lakes Navy Base and unfortunately we were the lucky guests who have the pleasure to sleep on the side of the hotel closest to the highway I94. The highway is very noisy and the windows def are not good at blocking out the noise coming from passing vehicles. Other than that hotel was clean, friendly staff, the hot tub was a great treat after spending all day outside in the Chicago winter weather. Fresh cookies at the front desks 10/10. Would stay again, but just beware of highway noise if your a light sleeper.

Ashley at check was a dream. After a stressful day of traveling, he made check in seamless. Ashley has such a worm, easy-going personality and helped absorb a lot of of the stress I was feeling. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful, compassionate, and warm. I had a long trip and the Hilton was conveniently off the highway, very good location . They took care of me right away, they were wonderful. Room was clean and I was able to instantaneously decompress from my travels, allowing for me to prep for my next day. I highly recommend this Hilton location.

This hotel is right off the interstate in a quiet office plaza like area with plenty of parking. Everything was VERY clean and was a reasonable price for rooms. They have the pantry/refrigerated food options at the desk. Dinner food service is limited during the week but full service dinner Fri/Sat evenings I think. Food was good, we just got some burgers. All the staff was friendly and inviting and Nikki especially (breakfast staff) was so nice and helpful. There’s an indoor pool with a small hot tub available, we did not use but looked nice.

Now for the room!!! I’m the type of person that wants the room spotless because obviously none of us want to stay in an unclean room. And no joke, I’m pulling the bed apart and looking at the sheets, mattress cover, mattress, even under the bed and furniture for cleanliness. I often find at hotels that housekeeping skips cleaning behind and under furniture. This hotel must have exceptional housekeeping staff because their rooms are perfectly clean! I was very pleased!
