My mom and I have been loyal customers for years but within the last year this place has gone downhill. I dont know if its because they have gained popularity but their service is no longer to "serve the customer." It's all about money now. They have increased their prices every few months to the point where it's no longer beneficial to even go on the bus, it's cheaper to fly. They use to have an incentive system where if you had 7 tickets you got a free trip and surprise, surprise, once we got all the tickets and called in to redeem, they said they are no longer honoring it. I use to recommend this place all the time but will no longer be doing so. They take advantage of their own people. It's a shame.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, after reaching out to resolve the issue, my experience has only gotten worse. I contacted them multiple times, but instead of addressing the problem, I was given the runaround saying i would receive a call back which I never did. It’s been months now, and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointing, and I can’t recommend this service based on my experience.

Love Blue Planet they have good service. I have traveled to Guanajuato every year with bus 2098 Mario Campero Luna. He makes sure we are safe in the bus. He’s really professional at his job. He also makes sure we get off the bus and on the bus on every stop. I highly recommend for traveling to Mexico.

Very confortable buses, they have free WiFi and connectors to charge your mobile devices, aside from a personal screen for you to watch movies and videos, the seats are sort of like recliners so they're perfect for long trips.

I'm a over the road truck driver who just happened to cross paths with two gentlemen driving for Blue Planet Tours. I have to say it was a great pleasure talking with them as well as the tour of there exquisite bus. I normally travel by plane when on vacation but I'm pleased to say that this will definitely be one of my next adventures. My mom traveled from Mexico and The 2 drivers all the way to US they were very nice and they stayed in contact with me to let me know where and what time they will be in Texas. They called me 30 minutes before they arrive so I had time to get there right on time. Thank you my family really appreciated. Highly recommended this company.
