We had to decide on a tent at the last minute due to the chance of rain on our daughter and son-in-law's wedding day, and Robin was so helpful and patient with us. We were able to get a tent with an awesome dance floor, and even though it didn't rain, we were so happy we had the tent for our 150 guest wedding reception. So happy with the service Caloosa Tent & Rent provided to PLDMS. We needed a tent to hold band practices and even had a concert. They worked within our budget and found us these fun tents that set the theme for Under the Big Top. Danielle is a gem to work with. This is the second wedding planning I had working with Amii from Caloosa Tent & Rental, and she makes it effortless. She is organized and efficient and it was just a pleasure to deal with them. Amii arranged for delivery and pick up of the rental items. We held the event on the beach in Captiva and they Caloosa Tent and Rental delivered and picked up the chairs, tables and chuppah the next morning. The plates, glasses and silverware were returned to her without having to clean them (they clean them there), and I'm looking forward to one day planning my daughter's wedding with them.

I've waited to share my experience in hopes that it would be resolved. I ordered a few tables, a few white tablecloths, and 18 chairs. The quote had to be corrected multiple times. Black tablecloths not white, chairs on one then no chairs on another, delivery fee, no delivery fee. Finally the order was corrected and paid for and was given instructions for pick up on 11/22. I informed them that my brother would be picking the order up. When he arrived he had the contract in hand. They placed the order in his truck and come home. That afternoon I received a called after 4pm that we didn't pick up the linens. They close at 5pm. The next day was Thanksgiving. I had to franticly find a place with large linens at the last min. Then they said they could not reimburse me the linens via credit card they would mail me a check. Its now 1/9 and after multiple phone calls, I still have not received the reimbursement. I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the amount of the linens. I will not use caloosa tent again. Its very clear it is not the same company that Ive rented from for over 15 years.
