If you like doing all of your own paperwork (including looking up the FAA regulations) then this place is for you. Kinda glad they shut down. Where the customer is always wrong and they laugh in the face of "customer service". Useless.

Luggage is always been a issue for them, most of the time your luggage is 50/50 whether if makes it out with you or not. Poor communication and general lack of "I do not give a f@#k" attitude.
