I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quality Inn and I can't say enough good things about Mrs. Rita, the front desk attendant. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.

Her professionalism and attentiveness were evident throughout my stay. She provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring I had the best experience possible. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, Rita was quick to help and always went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of.

Her positive attitude and genuine kindness truly set the tone for my stay. I left feeling appreciated and valued as a guest, thanks to her outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its comfortable accommodations, but for the exceptional hospitality that Mrs. Rita provides. Thank you, Rita, for making my stay memorable

Was in a bind and was happy to find this hotel. Nice quiet area. Robert at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. Room is clean and spacious. Would stay again next time I’m in the area.

As someone who grew up in the motel industry, I couldn't believe how much was wrong with our visit. We stayed here only one night. Upon arrival, the front desk person was on the phone explaining to somebody that he had just switched another guests room due to them finding hairs somewhere. I thought nothing of it, assuming the other guest was being dramatic. That is until I got to my room and realized they had switched the other guests room with my room. The front desk worker made us wait in the lobby while he "checked something" in our room. I was appalled when I entered the room (after he told me it was all clear) and it was in a nasty state there was like a dozen pubic hairs in the bathtub, the bathroom trash can was full, there was crumbs all over the table, and dirt and grime on the floor. I was exhausted and decided not to say anything because I just wanted to shower and sleep. However i was baffled that the receptionist went so far as to "check" my room before i entered, and didn't bother to take 3 minutes to fix the above issues before letting me in, after another guest had already complained. Also they were supposedly fully booked, so I was unsure if there would even be somewhere else to put me. My bad experience didn't stop at the cleanliness of the room, though. One of the bed's mattress was so busted and deflated. You could feel each individual spring, and all the springs are different heights, making the whole thing lumpy and uneven. Also, when i tried to take a shower, the hot water would only last for about 5 minutes intermittently. The noise throughout the night was also irritating. I could hear my neighbors arguing and slamming doors, people stomping through the halls at midnight, babies screaming, and i could hear the TV of my neighbor almost as clearly as my own ALL NIGHT. These could all be considered normal hotel noises, however the walls and floors must be paper thin, as i could hear everything loudly. That brings me to the "breakfast". Unappealing looking beige eggs and wrinkled sausage. Empty syrup, empty cream. What broke me were the waffles. I saw the waffle machine upon my arrival the night before, and was so excited to make some in the morning. I went down and tried once. It cooked for about 2.5 minutes and then told me it was done, but as I was taking the waffles off the iron they were mushy and stretchy and obviously not cooked all the way through (possibly due to the fact that the waffle batter itself was a soupy and watery consistency). I thought no big deal and tried again, thinking I'd let them cook longer this time. But as soon as the alarm beeped signaling they were "done", an employee appeared out of nowhere and opened the waffle iron and gestured for me to take it. She looked annoyed that I was even making breakfast in the first place (not like I was the only one). So I felt pressured to take my Soggy waffles and leave, horribly disappointed. My boyfriend went down to try to make waffles for me again. He's a chef and so cooks for a living. He cooked the waffles for about an additional 2-3 minutes past the recommended time, all while the worker was giving him the evil eye for trying to get the waffles to cook all the way through. By the end of it he was also feeling pressured to vacate the breakfast area, and after almost 4 minutes of cooking the waffles were STILL raw inside. I can see why it's the cheapest hotel in the area, as well as only being rated two stars. I will say the lobby looks very clean and neat and welcoming. About the only positive part of my experience was the initial walk into the lobby. That's were the two stars is for. Outwardly, it looks like a relatively nice place. The quality just isn't there to backup the staged look of it all.
UPDATE: I changed my review from 2 to 3 stars because the manager reached out to me personally and profusely apologized, as well as acknowledging and validating each of my complaints. He promised to rectify each of the issues and offered to reimburse me for my poor experience. I very much appreciated him reaching out.

Outside appearance concerning, but we tried to keep an open mind. Hotel Sits behind the police station.
Went with family and had multiple rooms.
One room had small light colored bugs and they moved to another room. The other room had larger crawling bugs and when we looked at the bedding- bed bugs! On the bedside table, in the light, and crawling on the sheets.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The check in staff was nice, and the location was good but that’s about the only thing going for this hotel

Constant construction noise, no “do not disturb” sign, maids knocked on door 2 days in a row unrequested and woke up our napping toddler

Worst of all, bathroom was full of ants. My whole family left with a topical rash from the bed

There aren’t any other hotel options in Lehigh, but next time I’ll just use Airbnb

Room looked nice. Was very damp...couch and bed damp. Picked because others around had roaches in reviews but just so happened whilst looking for food a roach crawled in front of husband's foot at edge of bed. So...yes...roaches and that was a second floor stay. Could here people walking above us throughout night as well. Coffee is horrible and not much to speak of for breakfast options.

This hotel makes us feel so comfortable we don’t want to leave. This our my second time here and we are enjoying every minute of it. Our room is clean, quite, has everything we need for our convenience and comfort
