Eh... not really a lot to say. The hotel is mediocre at best, but compared to the pricing of other similar hotels in the area, the price is it's only redeeming quality. And even that isn't 5 star worthy. The rooms are clean, but badly outdated. The furniture is very worn, shabby and barely keeping it together. The carpeting is stained and badly needs replacement. The water is so bad, I gagged just using it to brush my teeth. Tastes of old piping and mildew. The mattress and bedding were acceptable and I slept decently. The AC system worked GREAT! The breakfast was pretty good too and we went all 3 days we stayed. It was too cold to use the pool in January. The location is nothing to write home about.
The staff were all nice and helpful each time we spoke to them. I will probably stay here again should the need arise. Not as a luxury vacation stay, but if I need to be in town and just need a place to stay.

If you're planning to stay in Fort Myers, this hotel is a pretty good choice at a reasonable price. It's located right off the highway, so it offers quick and easy access to Fort Myers and nearby areas, including the interstate if you need to get around quickly.

One of the highlights here is the breakfast—it’s surprisingly impressive for this type of hotel. They offer oat milk, which is a nice bonus, along with pretty good eggs, cheese, and salsa for extra flavor. There’s also a variety of pastries and bread options, including sourdough and marble rye, which is more than you’d typically expect from a hotel breakfast buffet.

The location is tucked back a bit, but there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for added convenience. As for the rooms, I found them to be clean and comfortable. I’ve seen other reviews that mentioned issues, but personally, I thought the rooms were well-maintained for this type of hotel. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay if you’re looking for value and convenience in Fort Myers.

A very spacious standard rooms with a little living room area and a divider before the two queen beds. The breakfast is amazing and has healthy choices and even has oat milk for the coffee. There is a pool which is nice, but it does face a parking lot so the view is not the best. It's conveniently located right next to a huge shopping plaza and the interstate 75. You will hear some traffic at night time on the interstate but it did not interrupt my sleep very much. The beds are amazingly comfortable and they have very nice fluffy feather and regular pillows. There's adequate lighting and a full length mirror which also acts as the closet door. The closet is somewhat small. There is no small makeup mirror. Overall I was incredibly satisfied and thought that the service was impeccable.

I booked two rooms at this location for a family event. I arrived about 8 pm. I did see a gentleman standing at the bar speak with patrons. When the employee notice me he came over to conduct the check in. Was not very friendly. He asked for me if and credit card for incidental and I obliged. I did notice he (Jason ) was taking longer than expected so I asked was there an issue. He advised that the system was down and he could not check us in and he could not do anything. I asked if there was a work around and he said there was nothing he could do. As he is getting louder. I asked again if there is a work around for situations like this and he got louder and said there is nothing he could do. I then proceeded to ask for a manager he said he was the supposed supervisor. I asked if he could call customer service and he said they would not do anything. I then asked for the number to customer service and he said “ you can goggle it”. I was flabbergasted as this is the type of employee that represents Hyatt hotels. He was disrespectful and aggressive. He should not be in a supervisory position as he was not able to de escalate the situation or properly speak to your guest. Fortunately for Maura, a four month employee intervened and was able to eloquently explain to me and my husband that the system was down a check could not occur as they could not issue a room key. And to add insult to injury when my niece and nephew check into the other room I rented for them the bed sheets had some sort of fecal or menstrual stain on them. Which was right in the middle of the bed. Needless to say I had a horrible experience and would never stay at this location again and would never recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are extremely outdated. The first room I was assigned had a strong odor, as if the carpet hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and the environment triggered an allergic reaction within 30 minutes. I requested a new room, but it also had an unpleasant smell. The entire fifth floor reeked of a dirty dog. The carpets in both the room and hallways are long overdue for replacement. Additionally, the air duct in the bathroom made frequent dripping noises, adding to the discomfort. While this hotel is well-located, the breakfast is very basic, and overall, I do not recommend staying here. I certainly won’t be returning.

First thing upon arriving there were no luggage carts. Second was they said I did not have my desired room type available. I was traveling with an associate that I could not share a bed with. Who wants to deal with this when working three 15 hour days straight? He was stuck on a foldout couch. They overbooked and gave my confirmed room away. Complained and they refused to offer me a refund because there was availability. If there was availability how come my room was unavailable?

I stayed at Hyatt Places before and they have been modernized and comfortable.

If you want to stay in a dated hotel with an obnoxious tapping on the ceiling you could stay here. But, if you don’t want your tap water to smell like sulfur, towels to smell like maple syrup and have 1 washcloth for 2 people I would not stay here.

Food was left in the fridge available for the next person to enjoy.

I really enjoy my stay here, I stayed 2 nights that were in the same week. The first room was really nice but around the toilet there was a lot of rust. The second room was somewhat clean but there was a smell of vomit in the living space area, probably just needs to be cleaned more. The location is okay but during most parts of the day to get around you are needing to deal with a lot of traffic so be aware of this when you come to the forum area.

BED BUGS! ALERT! Do not book at this place! I was traumatized! Once you walk past the front lobby it is dirty. Room carpets are disgusting and the bed bugs were in the handicap room! What kind of service are they providing here!? I do not recommended this place at all. The bathroom had very dim lights and they can’t even afford soap to wash your hands.
