This was my first stay and definitely not my last! Staff was great and check in/out was a breeze. By far the most comfortable bed ever! The best surprise was the huge shower! Enjoyed every minute of our stay! Definitely will be back again.

I have prebooked this stay. When we arrived there was mold in our room including the bathroom. There were maintenance people going around with paint so I am not sure if they were painting over the mold in other rooms or were doing general maintenance. The mold in our room was bad,. All over the ceiling in the bedroom and bathroom, you couldn't miss it. I was surprised we were even given this room in this condition. We were not able to get another equivalent room so we ended up not staying. I am still waiting for my refund and additional compensation for having to book a new accommodation on the same day. Hotel management has not reached out to me.

Disappointing & Unsafe Customer Service at 3:00 AM

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, so I was shocked at how I was treated this time. I made a reservation but misunderstood the check-in time. When I arrived, I was told they were fully booked, and I couldn’t adjust my stay—which is understandable. What isn’t understandable is how the front desk staff treated me when I was left stranded outside at 3:00 AM with no phone service.

I calmly explained that I was just trying to check my Lyft, but instead of basic human decency, the woman at the desk rolled her eyes and refused to let me use the Wi-Fi. She saw I was alone, in the middle of the night, with no working phone, and still refused to help in the smallest way possible.

I used to think this was a great hotel, but after this experience, I no longer feel safe or valued as a guest. Imagine if this were your daughter, sister, or friend—left outside with no way to call for a ride. Hospitality is about more than just rooms; it’s about safety, and this hotel failed at that.

I won’t be staying here again, and I’d advise solo travelers—especially women—to think twice before booking.

The check in process was a breeze and the guest service was exceptional. The entrance was welcoming, bright and clean. We love that the coffee is always on and available in the lobby! The room was large with plenty of power outlets which is important when working from your hotel room with computers, printers and charging stations. The bathroom tub shower need an update and the carpet could use a good scrub.

We want to give a huge thank you to both your staff and the management of your hotel. We had to evacuate our home during Hurricane Milton and chose you since you were inland. We stayed five nights with you. Your hotel is immaculate, the beds are comfortable, breakfast was hot when restaurants around were all closed, The magic of it was your hard working staff during a hurricane. Most of us at the hotel were evacuated. How your staff kept the ball rolling so seemingly effortlessly is just amazing.

Stayed here for close to 2 weeks for business. Front desk was amazing very helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean and quiet. great laundry facility and price pool outside but nice and gym area good equipment. Thank you so much for a great stay

Overall a decent hotel. My biggeat gripe is that we stayed multiple nights and everyday our access card would stop working. After a long day of activities its a huge inconvenience to have to walk back to the front desk to have the cards redone.

Overall atmosphere was comfortable, warm & inviting with the friendliness of the hotel staff. Beds were great and hallways were quiet. Wish there was a few more options at breakfast for vegetarian/vegan diets.
