Upon arrival you are greeted with the most atrocious smell. Whatever they use for "air freshener" is the most appalling smell I've encountered. And this smell is everywhere, you can't escape it, even in your room. There is no elevator. The bathtub hadn't been cleaned as there was hair conditioner in it. The shower curtain is covered in mold. There was some old pieces of shredded cheese on the bathroom floor and small hairs in the beds. When I went to lock the door for the night there was a strong smell of weed. There are stains on the bedspread and a giant patched hole. Overall, we will never stay here again and don't recommend anyone else do either.

Only reason this place isn’t the worst place to stay ever is because it has solid customer service. By far the worst sleeping conditions, stains on the bed, sheets, and pillows. Mold in the refrigerator, shower, and toilet.

The smell throughout the entire hotel is horrible, then you’re greeted with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana in the room.

Then your neighbors play music till late into the night. Overall worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. This place is just gross…

Worst experience at a hotel in a while. 1st, no elevator in a 2 floor hotel is crazy. Obviously there is luggage and possibly coolers that need to be carried around. 2nd, the ice and vending machines were out of order. 3rd, the pool was unavailable to be used the first day. 4th, the room was not cleaned. Upon entering there was a box of medicine on the floor and a bag of about 8 pill bottles left in a dresser that the previous tenant came back to get the next day. Obviously the room was not cleaned. When requesting face towels we were advised there went any left.

A hotel in a flyspeck town in Alabama, doesn't have the decency to have an elevator when they have more than 1 floor. Not ADA friendly. They also don't even bother to help carry your things when they have no elevator. Absolutely ridiculous. Also they apparently don't bother with air conditioning in the hallways... never seen a hotel or supposedly a hotel lack basic amenities like this. Also apparently at night the entire 2nd floor smells like weed... and noone does a damn thing about it... unbelievable.

My boyfriend and I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the last year, Even this quality Inn, but this past visit confirmed that we will be back. The front desk staff were super nice at check in and check out, the hotel room was clean, and the cleaning staff were so sweet! I’m not sure if it’s new management or not, but this visit was great! The lady at the front desk held a nice conversation with us while checking us in and even gave us suggestions about different things to do for the weekend.The price was good, the location is good, not to far of a drive from Auburn (definitely cheaper than staying in Auburn), and the staff is awesome. While there is not an elevator (not a big point for us, but it may be for other people) the next time I’m in town, I will be staying again.

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Best customer service I've received at a hotel. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Room was clean and stocked. If you're in Alexander City, this is the place to stay.

Has clean rooms with full amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, they even serve waffles.
Location is Great. It's a nice area right on the highway. Next to food. Walking distance to a grocery store. Has outlets to charge our boats and even had an area in the back for our trucks with trailers.
