Do yourself a HUGE favor by entrusting Becca Brooks Events & Design with your next special event or celebration. I had the privilege of experiencing Becca's expert planning and design twice over the last year.

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in July 2020, Becca partnered with my San Francisco wedding planner to coordinate and execute the most beautiful, thoughtful, and intimate ceremony and reception. From across the country, Becca listened intently to my vision for a colorful, warm, and whimsical celebration. Not only did Becca bring that vision to life, but she exceeded every expectation we had for our celebration. When our venue for dinner canceled last minute, Becca immediately sprung into action and ordered place settings, decor, framed photos, linens and more for a cozy al fresco dinner on my apartment's patio. Though initially disappointed that I had to delay my original large-scale wedding, I can honestly say that the memories I hold in my heart from this intimate celebration with family will be some of my fondest for life. All thanks to Becca's willingness to go above and beyond alongside my local wedding planner.

In August of 2021, Becca rose to the occasion yet again! After re-scheduling over and over, Becca imagined and pulled off the next most special weekend of my life- my bachelorette party! While Becca's talents are rightfully fit for milestone events, she applied them effortlessly to a weekend-long celebration with my closest girlfriends in Austin, TX. As always, Becca's eye for design was beyond my wildest dreams. From personalized gifts for each of my bridesmaids to the happiest decor and an itinerary that made me feel like royalty, the house and weekend truly felt like a celebration worthy of my best friends and our memories together. Once again, Becca demonstrated flexibility and creativity, bringing a rental space to life with her imagination and ideas.

If not already abundantly clear, Becca of Becca Brooks Events & Design will be wholly committed to serving you and your vision for your special occasion. Last August (2021) my daughter got engaged to a terrific guy! The wedding was set for Feb 2022 – soon I know. But I thought … hey we can do this. Fortunately, we found Becca Brooks! “Fortunately” isn’t even the right word – it’s more like BLESSED BEYOND BELIEF! I naturally thought I could do all of this, but boy was I wrong. Planning and paying for a wedding are a little more difficult than I imagined. As MOB, I was overwhelmed by the process (things aren’t like they were when I got married years ago) and the cost. I was overwhelmed with dealing with vendors, hotel blocks, menus, table arrangements, flowers, dresses, bands, photographers, videographers, and did I mention this was a destination wedding – that means dealing with wedding coordinators from venues. Well, let me tell you – THANK GOD we had Becca. THANK GOD I had Becca!!!

Becca’s personality is perfect for this job – frankly, I couldn’t do it. She is kind but determined, timely but not pushy, prepared but always at ease, and very good at what she does. While I know she plans stuff for the bride, she calms the MAMA! She is thorough and what more could a mother ask for when choosing a wedding planner for her daughter’s wedding. Becca, LITERALLY handled everything – I just walked away. She worked diligently to stay within our budget adjusting things as needed. She anticipated problems and always had a “plan B”. She is extremely organized and communicates so effectively with EVERYONE – and I mean EVERYONE! I promise you she thinks of everything!

My daughter’s wedding happened just a few weeks ago, and I can’t even begin to describe how beautiful the entire event looked. It went off flawlessly, thanks to Becca and her TERRIFIC TEAM! My daughter smiled the entire evening and I smiled because my daughter was so happy. It was a beautiful day, a beautiful event, and a beautiful memory for me and the bride and groom. I credit Becca and her outstanding work ethic and pleasant personality for all of our smiles.

So …… if you are a MOB and you are trying to find a wedding planner to meet all of your needs……. Becca Brooks is your gal! I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Hiring Becca was the single best decision I made as a bride...next to choosing my groom, of course! She brought our vision to life in a way that exceeded all expectations yet stayed within our budget. I always knew Becca was one of the best event planners but when she hosted a Stock the Bar wedding shower for my, now, husband and I, she totally blew me away! The attention to detail was impeccable - festive cocktails when you walked in the door, amazing catered dinner on the back porch, a creative and fun shower game timed perfectly during the evening and decorations galore! It was the best night and I attribute so much of it to Becca and her thoughtful, organized planning! I highly recommend working with Becca for your events and will definitely be working with her again for my future events!
