This business is based on lies, do not believe anything they say. Supposedly a phone that my wife sent was confiscated in Cuba, they guarantee that if not arrives, they buy one and resend it for you. None of that is real. For approximately two months we have been calling and their response is constantly "we will call you back as soon as we contact the owners", again, a lie, they never call. But if that were not enough, the customer service is one of the most mediocre and disrespectful. Do not be victims of these types of businesses, they don't care about their customers.

I paid the highest price to get my package to Cuba in 24hrs but they lied to me it’s been more than one week and it’s still not arrived and the treatment for customers is very bad. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They say 6 dollars a pound when you first contact them no other details.
Then when i mailed my package from Illinois to them they came up with og your items must pay tax . 🤔🤔🤔 I said i why wasn't i told first. They didn't reply and kept my items and my money order..

Super easy and friendly. I sent a care package from distant Seattle Washington, and it was in my husband's hands within days - even a little bit earlier than we expected!! Another nice surprise was that I sent a variety of things, and Havana Sky separated them into the different categories (food/medicine/aseo is a slightly cheaper rate than miscellaneous) I figured I'd just have to pay the higher misc rate for everything. They also made sure that I understood that for a couple of electronic items, I had to pay extra, but for customs (which I know is true). In terms of medicine, they were crystal clear that it needed to be sealed in original packaging. My husband had a great experience on his end, too, with receiving the package. They are experts in their field, very honest, and took extra time to make sure we felt good about it. Love you, Havana Sky!

Typical business run by Cubans, terrible education, customer service similar to that of a government office, three offices, three phone numbers and none of them could meet even one percent of my expectations, where the only one they attended to was they asked me for documents and I was left pending a call that never came, on my part they lost a client and of course they gained bad references
