From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Working with Katerynna, Max, Alina, and Mr. Thierry was an absolute joy. They meticulously planned every detail of my daughter’s 15th celebration, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The feedback we received from everyone was overwhelmingly positive — from the food and service to the decor and the creative “VIP area.”

The food was not only delicious, freshly prepared, and innovative, but their desserts and pastries upheld the same high standards. The cake, in particular, was flavorful, beautifully decorated, and light, moist, and fresh — truly a masterpiece!

This is our fourth event with Thierry Isambert.It was a 95 th birthday party which surpassed all expectations.Vanessa Lozada navigated me throughout the whole event and helped me plan every detail. Her expertise helped make the event so wonderful. She acted on all of my suggestions and accommodated me and provided everything that we needed.It was a very personalized experience. The table settings and flowers were beautiful and to the birthday girl’s liking. The string quartet she arranged was fabulous and they also coordinated music with us.The pass arounds were delicious and liked by all. The presentation of the food and service was outstanding. Thierry's recently catered and assisted with event design for our daughter's sweet 16 birthday dinner. Although the event was an intimate affair due to Covid restrictions, Thierry's made sure no detail was overlooked. The Asian-inspired menu was delicious and beautifully presented and the service was exceptional. April, our event creator, was personally on site the entire evening to ensure a flawless execution. Even Thierry himself stopped by to check in on his team, and that is what differentiates Thierry's from all others in the business.
