When you try and call NOBODY speaks English. For a place in the United States having someone speak English is pretty much standard. I understand it is close to Mexico but it is still Texas and English is spoken in Texas.

In the last 2 weeks I have called at least 6 times and not once could I talk to anyone and when you don't speak Spanish to them they hang up on you.

I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at Venezzia the Venue and was beyond pleased with everything! It was really a dream come true. Juany was our wedding coordinator, from Venezzia, and exceeded our expectations. She provided us with great customer service and went above and beyond to make our event as special as possible.

I’m not sure where to begin ...last Sunday, we celebrated our daughter’s Baptism which I only had two weeks to plan!! From the moment I walked into the venue and my first interaction with Sarahi I felt incredibly welcomed and at ease! This is the first time in my life that I have been able to sit back and truly enjoy the time with my family during such a special event! I came in with a couple of pictures of what I had envisioned my event to be ...and when I walked in on Sunday it was far beyond what I had expected! THANK YOU! Thank you! Thank you!! My friends and family were VERY impressed with the phenomenal job you did catering to them and creating such a beautiful environment! Every single thing from the decor, to the cake and the food were simply perfect! However, we are well aware that your treatment and effort were the essential factor that gave life to our party! I could probably go on and on ...and won’t find the words to thank you enough for such a PERFECT AND BEAUTIFUL experience!! Small cozy place, great music and service, I feel kind of safe because they check everyone's temperature, they give you face mask, disinfect your shoes and spray you with some disinfectant before you enter. Also the have someone on the restroom cleaning after every person, on this moments of Covid19 you can feel safe in place like this, kudos for the great work they do. The only bad thing was the music was very loud, I ended with pain on my ears and the ringing sound.

Beautiful venue, medium size, dance floor is small, facilities are very well kept. I have attended 3 events here, and I have noticed they offer different packages for different budgets, I imagine. My only recommendation would be etiquette for the assistants. They're ALWAYS in the way, I understand that they are there to help the person hosting the event, but c'ome on! They're in all my pictures. We can't record, see, or freely enjoy what is going on because they surround them in all the special times.
Food has always been good, good portions and the overall quality is worth the cost.
