If I can put them 0 stars I think I would be a little more satisfied. THE LARGEST SCAM. We bought the trip and as an agency they do not really recommend the trip experience. I bought the trip almost 6 months in advance, never received any emails with boucher and plane tickets. I had to call them always, they gave me the trip and tickets 48 hrs before departing. Logistics is pity, a total disaster. The hotels very far from the center of the city which is convenient for Europamundo so many times you only have the only option to buy excursions. Many of the activities included in the trip (boucher) are not carried out, since the logistics of the trip are constantly changing. To France, do not even dream of going to the Louvre museum since the guide tells you "the visit is not going to be possible", the excursion to the Versailles museum only gives you 2 and a half hours and the line for tickets is 2 hours . In all sincerity, I met the museum in 15 minutes and because I was running. However, the Montmartre area gave us 3 hours and a half which I knew the small neighborhood in 1 hour. Terrible logistics. Besides, very insecure, I was almost assaulted by a group of Africans. In the hotels part, they are like staying in a Motel, many of the super old rooms, the beds as if you were in the 1700's. The carpet in the room is dirty and with holes, you must use a flashlight because there is very little light, there is practically no air conditioning. Breakfast is something shocking, for a group of 50 people, they provide us with about 20 and 90% is ham, cheese and a crossaint. So if you're allergic to gluten you run out of breakfast. FOR PEOPLE TRAVELING FROM US, don't expect a decente service, it's even worst. 80% of people who come on the trip are rude, outrageous, scream on the bus, have no consideration for the rest and very bad that the guide does not put order when these things happen, act as if nothing happens and tells you that everything is okay. First and last trip I buy with this agency and Europamundo, the most badly spent money in my life. I really had good expectations with this trip but it was a RUINED VACATION.

Ya que mencionan records de emails (que jamas respondieron) solo para el cobrar, al punto que por no leer el email COBRARON a la tarjeta una cantidad que NO era la autorizada en pocas palabras el total del viaje sin autorización. Que es algo bien delicado, y es un irrespeto al cliente querer responder como si nada ha pasado!
Compre un tour de Europamundo con ellos y no los recomiendo. Tuve que llamar muchas veces tiempo antes del viaje para recibir indicaciones del tour, los hoteles, mandaba emails y no me respondían. No el servicio al consumidor que se espera para los standards de US. Compre el tour de Europamundo que fue terrible, se sintió como botar el dinero y nunca fui guiada durante la compra que lo debe hacer una agencia. No los recomiendo y cuiden su dinero de Europamundo, se vende como completo pero te venden todas las excursiones, lo promocionan con desayuno y nos han dejado sin desayuno. El bus del tour se accidentó comenzando el viaje, las personas que viene en el tour se pelean por puestos del autobús, por la comida, música a alto volumen en el autobus, las personas gritando. Te tienes que parar todos los días a las 5am para poder comer un croissant y un café porque la gente se pelea por la comida. No esperes personas educadas, botar el dinero se queda corto.

I bought a Europamundo tour with this agency, and the customer service was below standard. I had to call many times before my trip, so I could get all the indications, I even sent emails which were not answered. I bought Europamundo which was a waste of money, terrible tour. They offer breakfast, but you find yourself not eating anything because of the bad logistic of the tour. The buffet are either not open, or the people that go in the tour are rude and very bad mannered. The bus broke starting the trip and had to stop every 2 minutes. You cannot complain or request your money back because their politics don’t cover this. They also assign hotels 48 hours, so you are trapped. Hotels were not the ones offered on the list. Rip off!!!

More important, since they mentioned to have records of answering emails (which never happened) to the point they charged the wrong amount meaning the total of the trip without authorization because they did not read the email. On the last 48 hours before my trip I had to call and asked for all of the info. Again they sent the old and outdated vouchers. Just careless and this is very delicate. It is also disrespectful to the customer to reply like nothing ever happened!
