Terrible!

I ordered a prom bouquet and it was beautiful, but once we removed the paper all the flowers were taped and some were even broken and taped back together, of course the tape kills all the flowers and you couldn’t even lift them without the petals falling apart. My prom corsages were ordered 3 days in advance and when I went to pick them up they had the audacity to tell me they were gonna start making them at that moment! And 20 minutes later it was done, as you can expect they messed up my order and made me the wrong color corsage. They ruined both of my orders, please do not go here!!!! THEY DO NOT TAKE THERE JOB SERIOUSLY!!

Jorge and Yolanda are so awesome! Throughout my whole wedding planning journey they made me feel so comfortable and were very accommodating. I made so many changes to the design of the arrangements that I wanted and they were very patient with me. They communicated very well throughout the whole process and Jorge honestly was such a great person to work with. The final look of the wedding flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful! Jireh Flowers and Events really take every event seriously and do a great job in bringing your vision to life. I would highly recommend. Trust me , I’m a perfectionist and really picky and they did not disappoint at all! Will definitely be using their services again. Professionalism , quality, customer services and just so much kindness is always a 10/10 when working with them.

Terrible experience - on our big day!

Poor communication, service and quality. We hired them for two weddings on the same day. Flowers were supposed to be delivered at church at 9 a.m. for the first ceremony. I called them at 10:30 a.m. (after the first ceremony) and Yolanda mentioned that they were having issues with the delivery. They didn’t even bother to call us to give us a heads up of any issues. On top of that, she started mentioning that they didn’t charge for the delivery!!!! Because they forgot! Instead of offering a solution, she said: the flowers are here and you can pick them up. My wedding was the second one. How I was supposed to go and pick up these flowers with no notice before my wedding! I asked them for a solution and the refund of at least one of the flower arrangement since the first bride didn’t even had the arrangements at her ceremony. Yolanda commuted to deliver the flower arrangements for the second ceremony and give us a refund for one arrangement (which I had to pay myself to the other bride). She delivered the arrangements late, for the second ceremony. After that she refused to reimbursed me for one of the arrangements as agreed. My $150 bridal bouquet was a joke. Flowers were dropped. I was shocked by their poor business skills. Go somewhere. These people don’t run a serious business.

Nothing but amazing service, lovely sweet people and great prices. Ordered some flower arrangements for my grandmas viewing & they were just so beautiful and detailed exactly as we had hoped and discussed with her during ordering. Definitely recommend them.
