My husband and I have traveled extensively throughout much of Europe and Asia, but we had never been to Spain. We wanted to have a flexible schedule and travel independently, but we were not sure where to begin – Freedom Tours and Annie Collins to the rescue! With Annie’s expertise and recommendations, we enjoyed a flawless 3-week trip throughout much of Spain, without the worries of booking hotels, cars, trains, etc. We were so pleased with our experience that we encouraged our son and daughter-in-law to work with Freedom Tours to design their honeymoon. They were not disappointed and enjoyed a “ first-class trip of a life time” in Vietnam. In May 2016, we are traveling to Ireland, and no surprise, we reached out to Freedom Tours for help in fine-tuning our trip; we cannot wait to begin our exciting driving tour throughout much of Ireland.

Annie and her team at Freedom Tours were so amazing when it came to our anniversary trip to Spain! My husband and I would have been lost without them. We're both such planners and can get overwhelmed with all of the details, but we put our trust in Freedom Tours hands and were so glad we did. They took care of the flights and accommodations and also helped us to plan some activities to do. They were so professional and organized that we were able to actually relax and enjoy our vacation. Annie and Jessie have designed two very differently natured trips for me; one a couples trip to Spain and the other a grandparents' trip with our eldest grandson to Hawaii. Both trips were adeptly planned to meet our wants and wishes! A few quick questions and an exciting itinerary customized to the personalities of our group was presented. So happy are we with Annie and Jessie, and Freedom Tours that we currently have them designing our fall trip to Cuba!

We contacted Annie for our 10 yr wedding anniversary. We have never traveled outside of the country and didn't fully know what to expect. Annie was able to answer our questions and give us advise on what to expect. She customized our trip to hit the high points we asked for and added things she thought we would like. Not having to plan or coordinate our transfers from the airport to the hotel, to the train stations, guided tours and everything else was worth every penny! Because of Annie's planning we were able to follow the itinerary, relax and enjoy the trip. We WILL DEFINITELY USE ANNIE AGAIN. Not sure what the next trip is but we will be contacting Freedom Travel to make it happen.

I live in Texas and I sought Freedom Tours to plan my honeymoon to Italy in March 2014. I only corresponded with them through phone and email and Jennie answered all of my questions quickly with such detail and made me fee very comfortable. When it came time to pay for our honeymoon to Italy, I felt VERY comfortable transferring money to this business! I work in finance in Texas and I am very conscious of monetary transactions and fraud. Having said that, for me to be VERY COMFORTABLE with Freedom Tours is a huge complement coming from me because of what I do for a living. I had very high expectations and Jennie met all of them AND THEN SOME! My husband and I worked very hard to save for our trip and I gave them a set budget. Jennie gave me everything I wanted in our Honeymoon package and so much more. We stayed at THE BEST Apartment In Rome and Sorrento in the center of everything. I have been to Rome before and the trip Jennie planned was by far THE BEST experience my husband and I have ever had! We spent two weeks in Italy and it was beyond PERFECT! I cannot express enough what a stellar job Jennie and Freedom Tours did to ensure we had the best trip. Before we left Jennie sent us everything we needed in a nice package. We had NO PROBLEMS AT ALL while we were abroad and everyone we scheduled tours with and drivers were of the best! Freedom Tours ensured we had the best quality apartments, drivers, tours and they even scheduled a few surprises like a visit to a winery on the foothills of mount Vesuvius! My husband and I had the best honeymoon thanks to Jennie and Freedom Tours! We WILL be going on another trip in the future and we will DEFINETLY use Freedom Tours again! I trust this company so much and for having never met them in person, I feel like I've know them for a long time. They have such a lovely staff and are able to help you get the most bang for your buck and design the trip of your dreams!! THANK YOU JENNIE AND FREEDOM TOURS!!

My husband and I booked a trip with Freedom Travel to South Africa in January of 2020 for September of 2020 well to no ones surprise it had to be rescheduled for February 2021. Annie took care of everything for us from rebooking hotels, tours, and transportation. I did not have to do or worry about a thing! One week before we were scheduled to leave in February our flights were canceled due to the "new strain" of COVID that had surfaced in South Africa. Annie worked so hard with me to try to find new flights and make the trip work. After 2 days of being on the phones with airlines I called her in tears and she said "no this is too stressful and that is not how this trip is suppose to go for you and your husband we will reschedule no problem." Our trip is now scheduled for June 2021 and again I have not had to do a thing. Annie even contacted our travel insurance for us to make sure everything was still okay and we were still covered. The process as been very stressful but there is no way I could have done it without Annie!

Annie booked awesome lodgings for us on our trip to Switzerland and Italy. One of our favorites was a little apartment in a Swiss chalet that had a balcony with gorgeous views overlooking the Alps. Every evening I sat looking at the snow caps and listening to the twinkling bells of sheep in a pasture below us. It was absolutely magical. She also reserved the perfect rental car for our trip cross country with GPS available in English. The only small hiccup was a hotel that had not completed payment and Annie answered right away and took care of the problem without any hassle. It was great having the peace of mind knowing she was available 24 hours a day. I highly recommend using Annie at Freedom Travel to book your vacations abroad!
