We booked with Florida Tours to transport guests to and from our daughter’s wedding and we are so glad we did. Florida Tours worked with us every step of the way to safely transport approximately 40 people from Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter to the venue (Kai Kai Farms) in Indiantown. The driver was excellent and our guests raved about her skills in maneuvering a large bus in small areas, as well as her kind and courteous manner. Most importantly my husband and I were able to relax and enjoy the party because we knew we did not need to be concerned about anyone driving under the influence. Thank you Florida Tours!!!

We took a Florida Tours trip to the Everglades as part of a Celebrity Cruises excursion and had a really great experience. The driver, David, did a great job. We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The bus was comfy with really good AC. Our tour guide, Cindy was awesome! She was really knowledgeable about the area and kept us entertained through the whole experience. She also did a great job supervising the group and made sure that we all stayed together and knew where we were supposed to be. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

January 29, 2023 We took a Florida Tours trip to the Everglades in Florida from celebrity cruise ship Reflection. It was @ 8:00 am to tour the Everglades. Luggage to airport transfer included. Stopped at Miami airport first then Ft Lauderdale at 1:00 pm. The tour guide had the FINESS of an ONION SANDWICH… he was very rude and loud… the way he talked to the tourists was unbelievable, we were not children… he yelled at the bus driver to give her directions his way, probably not the route she was used to going. Bus driver was a female , petite and very nice. She loaded the bus by herself, no aid from the man James. He kept harping about the tip we are to leave him, he was going to share with her. When she unloaded the bus with the heavy luggage she was very careful. He, James helped a little with the light carry on luggage that was put below… he THREW the bags out not kept outright… never helped anyone with the stairs coming off… just held his hat for the tips.. mentioning tipping so much , we ignored him… we tried tipping the bus rider only, but she put the tip in the hat to share with this rude, ignorant man… instead of giving us highlights on the way to the Everglades… he snored with his mouth open… still pushing for tips when we arrived at Ft Lauderdale airport… worked for the company he said for 30 yrs… why would you keep such an IGNORANT man employed to look after tourists who want to see and know about Florida. He had NO RESPECT for the passengers on the bus. This man needs schooling on MANNERS . IF I COULD post the stars as minus 10 I certainly would. Please educate this person in how to treat customers of your company… certainly put Florida Tours in a bad light. Anne R

Made our reservations with Damaries Rodriguez. She was very professional and easy to communicate with. The bus arrived on-time, was clean and comfortable. The bus driver was very courteous and a good driver. The temperature in the bus was very good. Our over-all experience was great. We felt safe and the seats were comfortable on the long drive. I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the excellent service. Travelling to Mississippi is no small feat with a group of high schoolers, one of the reasons things went so smoothly was because of Florida Tours. The bus was incredible, the students especially loved the satellite TV. Start to finish this trip was a success, in large part because of our stress-free travel. I appreciate you for being accommodating and efficient, it was a pleasure to travel with Florida Tours. All our drivers were very friendly, but especially Tim, who did the bulk of the driving. He went above and beyond, he was kind, flexible, and very friendly with the students. We have experienced a variety of drivers over the various trips we take throughout the year and Tim easily was one of the best drivers we’ve ever had. He was an integral part as to why we enjoyed our rather long journey. We look forward to travelling with Florida Tours again and we would love to have Tim as our driver again.

STAY CLEAR! As a tour operator we used Florida Tours 3 times. All 3 times we had issues. 1st time they farmed out our bus to a company that the A/C broke. Second time we had the driver from HELL. Third time flat tire on day one and then the AC broke. We were stranded 4 hours away from home! We had to find another bus company to bring us home. I asked the bus driver why all the lights were on on the dash giving warnings.. she said they always go on? The owner doesn't care about his clients.. only his pocket. We asked for compensation all he said that the trip was a loss for him. They don't understand customer service. Horrible drivers. Horrible buses. If they were the last bus company in town I still wouldn't use them again. Guess why they have only 1 star reviews. It would have been a Zero stars if there was an option.
