Booked via his website and he did not show up despite receiving a confirmation the day before. When I texted him he said he was 5 mins away and then 20 mins later said “who is this” very disappointed as I had guests from Europe who were really looking forward to this. Now to wait and see if I actually get a refund.

Nobody showed up at the time we received a confirmation for. The contact person first said he was running late and then pretended that there was no booking. We later learned about other weird practices of this company.

Traveled from Sweden and had booked the 10am tour far in advance. When at spot he didn’t show up and later texted that he was already out with his 10am tour although I had the booking confirmation, when I tried to text him again about the refund he pretended that he didn’t know who I was.

This was my first airboat experience and I can’t explain enough how blown away I was. I got the opportunity to enjoy the Everglades and see the beautiful Florida wildlife. The staff was super friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely make it a must to come to Black Pearl again!
