We stood at a home in Seminole FL July 27 to August 1st 2024 with my 3 sons Ages 30, 15 and 14. The home was super clean. Communication was excellent. The home design inside was tranquil.So many things for my teens to do. Full basketball, volleyball, pickel ball court. Beautiful pool, fire pit, gas grill, playground, game room, sports equipment. Little nooks outside to relax. Beach chairs for the beach. Screened in porch on the second floor with nooks to relax. Stocked home from laundry supply, bug spray, cleaning supply and number one a first aide kit. 30 years of being a mom and I was so happy to see this first aide kit. My son scraped the bottom of his foot pretty bad on rocks at the beach. We went to walgreens to buy supply. I forgot bandaids. To my surprise there was an entire first aide kit under tge sink. Stocked with everything. I highly recommend this company. We will be going back again to stay at there place in Seminole FL . We will also use this company if they have other rentals where we travel

Excellent place, service, and location.
Our work team rented a vacation home from DesignedVR, and it was a great choice. The house was exactly was it was described and on the photos. The office was very responsive and communicated effectively all the time. Very polite!
The house was very clean, and all the amenities described were available. The price was just right for our group.
We look forward to visiting in the future and working with DesignedVR for our lodging.

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, swings, etc.
We want to come back! This is such an amazing experience in just a very affordable price.
Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay. The location of the house is incredibly convenient and magnificent to all areas and the access to the river was fabulous. What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back! 🥳🥰🌷

Such an amazing place to explore and have a great time with your family and friends. The house itself is astounding, paired with the wide space to play or do some yoga. The host and the staff are great when it comes to communication and service. We didn't have any serious concerns but every concern was taken care of right away. Would love to visit again, soon!

My experience was great! I got no problems checking in. The house was beautiful and h a lot of nearby attractions. We super loved the comfy beds and the outdoor vibe. It's very clean! The host was also very friendly. Thank you so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay during my vacation in Florida! Strongly recommended!

This was the best vacation my family had in years! The house was very spacious, clean, and really breathtaking. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The home is perfect for a getaway with family, friends or colleagues. What I really love most about the trip is when I get to sit in the balcony just peacefully admiring the night sky with my family. I highly recommend and will definitely come back! 💛

I love how huge the house is, which was exactly what we were looking for our stay. My team was able to enjoy the mini golf and soccer areas. DesignedVR was also very responsive during our stay. Whenever we ask questions, we almost instantly receive a response which was very convenient. All in all, I would rate this property 10/10!

I would not recommend Designed VR to anyone. We just stayed in 3421 Dover Road in Pompano Beach and it was a total scam. The house was busted up, the customer service was non-existent, and the pool quite literally was an ALGAL BLOOM.

Because the water was unsafe, we were not able to go into the pool for TWO days, which was the entire reason we rented this house. The management company did not respond to our requests for help nor did they resolve the issues in a timely manner. There were long periods where they wouldn't even respond to our questions asking if it was safe to enter.

The hot tub was completely empty at one point and my niece almost fell into it---a 5 foot deep empty concrete hole! It was so scary. Between the empty "hot" tub (which was cold), the algal bloom in the pool, and the 8 million mosquitos on the patio (which desperately need to be treated), we lost use of the fun parts of this house for a full 48 hours. That's two full days of our vacay---and Designed VR refused a reasonable refund. We were paying nearly $1000/day for this place BECAUSE WE WANTED TO BE IN THE POOL and they won't even make this right for my family. Its nowhere close to the customer service and care we've gotten at other rentals.

Don't be fooled--they advertise like other luxury rental companies, but they are lightyears away. It seemed like they didn't even care about our satisfaction at all! We have kids and they didn't care that it wasn't safe to enter the pool. We kept asking them to treat the pool and we would leave the house and then come back and it would still be green and unsafe to swim in!

Also, this is super creepy---at one point in our stay, Designed VR reached out to us and asked if we had unplugged the video cameras. We didn't even know there were cameras! I guess they were watching us without us knowing? But, then the question became----who unplugged the cameras? it wasn't us and it wasn't them, so who was it? From that point on, we felt unsafe to leave our valuables at the house when we weren't there. Was the house being cased? Super weird.

I've attached a couple of photos to this post---one photo is the beautiful blue healthy pool water for reference and the other is the green algal bloom that kept us out of the pool for two days.

Also wanted to mention that the refrigerator was leaking A LOT of water the ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE, despite the fact we called about it on the first day and asked them to fix it. They did not. My mother slipped on the water on the marble floor and almost fell. Designed VR did nothing to fix it, so we ended up using our bath towels to soak up the water the entire week we were there, so as to keep someone from getting hurt. They are NEGLIGENT to put it lightly.

Don't waste your time or money with this company. It really ruined our vacay to have to deal with them every day, with no solutions or action from them. They just kept dragging us along and we had to reach out to them EVERY SINGLE DAY OF OUR VACATION trying to resolve these problems with the facilities. it was nuts. Save yourself the trouble and rent from a company who values your business---not DESGINED VR. I can't believe they've jerked us around like this. I guess they don't need return customers.
