What a beautiful day on the water it was! My two best friends were in town and my husband and I rented an Ecoboat with captain for a cruise through the scenic Fort Lauderdale waterways. We had the BEST time! How nice to enjoy quiet cruising on an electric boat. Captain Vache (the owner) was great…he was very knowledgeable and entertaining, giving us tidbits of information about the amazing homes and yachts we saw along the way. This was our first rental with Ecoboats and we will definitely do it again!

Come on now! A boat tour through the canals of Lauderdale? What an awesome way to spend an evening. The guide was super cool and knew when to chime in with cool facts and landmarks and when you just let us do our thing.

We had a blast and good thing I was there the designated driver because some of these friends of mine are questionable when it comes to holding their liquor lolz!

On Christmas Day, my family and I rented an 18' electric boat from Ecoboats in Fort Lauderdale.

When we arrived at the dock, I was impressed from the very beginning. There was ample free parking, and the friendly and knowledgeable crew was there waiting for us.

I was delighted that the boat was immaculate and appeared to be brand new. The ship was spacious for our family of 10, which included six adults and four children under the age of six.

Ecoboats staff took the time to explain to us all of the features of the boat and captured a family photo. The weather was gorgeous we set sail, immediately we knew that we were going to have a beautiful day.

The boat was easy to drive, similar to a golf cart. As we sailed through the Intracoastal waterways, the sights were breathtaking. We took in the lovely nature of South Florida, the grand Intracoastal manisions and mega yachts, which kept us engaged throughout the four-hour boat tour.

Since it was Christmas day the restaurants were mostly closed, we didn't get a chance to dock and have lunch. It was a good thing that we came prepared with coolers, so we had an abundance of refreshments.

Overall, our experience with Ecoboats was excellent. Our family enjoyed our time so much we spoke about making this boat tour our new Christmas day family traditional. Also, I had the opportunity to recommend Ecoboats to a client of mine who took his family out on their 21' electric boat. He also loved the experience especially the benefits of the electric ship being how quite the vessel is and the non-existence of any gas fumes.

If you live in South Florida or visiting and want to enjoy a unique combination of adventure and relaxation, I would highly recommend Ecoboats.

For years we’ve used EcoBoats and we will continue to keep coming back for more! Ecoboats is great for the amateur or experienced boater; super easy to navigate and a comfortable ride. It is very spacious, shaded from the hot sun and has plenty of room for dancing and moving around. This year we rented Ecoboats to celebrate a friends going away party. We enjoyed our time on the water, had a champagne toast, and saw all of the beautiful sights that Fort Lauderdale has to offer; from the yachts, to the mansions, to the beautiful waters and friendly people. We docked halfway along our 4 hour ride to use the restroom and ended our trip at the restaurant right at the docks. Vache was very accommodating and makes our experience enjoyable every time! I’d recommend Ecoboats to anyone considering a day on the boat with friends or family.

Excellent Experience. We had a group of 10, with 2 kids and 2 babies. Everybody had a blast and would absolutely go again. We took the boat out for 3 hours and docked up river to have dinner. It was very easy to drive and navigate. The ride back in the dark was beautiful with all the lights brights and the moon shining on the water. Great experience.
