As much as I want to give this place a 5 star review I cannot. The complex is massive with just about anything for kids and family to do. They have bowling, a large arcade, large skating rink, putt-putt golf, a trampoline area, laser tag, go-karts, large gravity walk course and much more!

I can’t stress enough how the staff we encountered were all friendly and professional. They worked diligently to ensure that we had the best experience possible and did not hesitate to rectify any issue that we encountered during our visit.

The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is due to the multiple malfunctions of equipment that we experienced during our visit. This place is beginning to show some wear and tear. It seems to be about time for the owners to do an overhaul of the facility to limit these problems. I’d hate to see such an amazing complex deteriorate into failure. Our visit was during a very slow period so we did not have to wait very long for the employees to work out any malfunctions.

Like I mentioned before, this place has the widest variety of activities of any indoor amusement facility that I’ve encountered. I’d love to visit again despite the equipment malfunctions that we experienced. The staff made sure to accommodate these problems without hesitation or obvious frustration to the customer.

We had such a great time at Xtreme Action Park. When we walked in, Dixon helped us sign and even gave us one free experience voucher. My 9 year old chose laser tag and had such a good time. We bought ice cream and will definitely be back to try the glow in the dark mini golf and go karts. So much to do!!

Came for this past weekend to celebrate a nephews birthday at around 5:30pm and where to start?had to fill out so much questions/waiver on their system and that took a while, then purchasing the cards and activities was another bummer. So the kids wanted to do the games plus go karts and that was a no go. Go karts were by time slots and the next one for their ages was at 8:30pm, imagine waiting that long for a 10min drive so that was a heck no. Lazer was a wait as well. So instead of making money I feel they lose on the wait time because nobody did the go karts Bec we couldn't wait that long and cancelled, had a couple items on their menu that was straightforward kid friendly foods. All in all we stayed maybe 1.5 as adults sitting and the kids got bored pretty fast. I personally wouldn't return because of the wait and really it gets boring pretty fast

It's better to get a package if you have a grouo of 10 or more so you can enjoy more varieties of activities at once. Birthday party packages are expensive but so worth it. My teenager's birthday party was a Blass.

The skating rink at Xtreme has such great Customer service. I want to thank Phelicia M (floor man), Taariq P (Guest Service), Aniyah H (Guest Service), Davria (Guest Service)and Shakeiria (Events). Thank you everyone for a wonderful time and great service. You all are the best!!

Note: You HAVE to set up a member card to do anything there, which costs $5 per person, and takes considerable time.
HOWEVER, lots of cool attractions. The mini-golf is really well done. It's black light lit, but still bright enough that most people shouldn't have a hard time maneuvering in it.
Didn't do the overhead obstacle course, but the people we saw doing it looked like they were having a blast.
Food is decent, came out fast and fresh.

Lilly was so amazing. It was my sons 15th birthday celebration and she was so warm and took care of 15 boys. Gave me great suggestions and was so nice. Danneika at the front desk was so helpful and she is such an asset to the company. She knows how to handle customers professionally and thinks outside the box to help ! This was my sons 3rd birthday here. And I appreciate being able to bring them and create memories that we will never forget!

We had kids birthdays party in this park. Huge park, you can do a lot of stuff.. unfortunately, the kitchen released the food partially, not in the same time, I really didn’t like it. But Orinah was our hostess, very pleasant girl, she provided great service!!!
Overall we liked this place, will come back again!
