Our first outing with our new travel trailer was just 20 minutes away, but it turned out to be quite an experience. When we arrived, there was no one at the check-in desk, so we approached a woman who turned out to be the VP of an organization. She kindly helped us find a site since the one they had reserved for us was already occupied. However, shortly after, the office called to inform us that we were placed in a permanent site that was already taken. It seems that Clover RV has a habit of double-booking, which is really frustrating.

The advertised indoor pool and hot tub were a disappointment—dried up, cracked, and broken—yet you wouldn’t know it from their promotional materials on Thousand Trails. Full-time residents mentioned that the park is not well-maintained. On a positive note, the people we met were very friendly.

However, things took a turn when the woman whose site we were occupying drove over in a golf cart and rudely demanded, “Get out. Now.” While we understood the situation, her approach could have been much more courteous. Overall, I would advise caution when making a reservation with them. If I could rate this experience, I would give them no stars.

No one was available to take our calls even during office hours. When we arrive, our site was not available because the camper next to us took a portion of our site. The campers response was “ we told them not to put anyone behind us” We were left finding an open space. Unfortunately, the area around that space was filled with dog shit left by people who allowed their dogs to use the spot as a toilet.

The grounds were nice. Was not happy when lawn maintenance came through and basted our RV with wet grass and left clippings on our patio area.. Water pressure and electric was good. It's a quiet park with lots of full time residents. The outdoor pool was nice but a bit of a walk from RV sites, it's in the residential area.. Have a bike , scooter or just drive to it. Free billiards and electronic darts. Picnic tables are very small as is the concrete patios and the RV parking was paved

This review is specifically for the lady in the office named June she is the worst customer service / employee that I have ever come across she's incompetent and rude! I have contacted both Thousand Trails to report her and Equity life style partners and will continue to contact all of these places until I have spoke with somebody who can do something about the woman as her incompetence leads to people not being able to check in when the office is closed and therefore you are left stranded because of her doings. I am now on a mission to get her some training at her job or some consequences for her incompetence

We enjoyed our stay from the past two years and the convenience of Clover Leaf being across the street from my mother's residence. The park is very clean and cared for and the staff is very kind and willing to answer all our questions

I stayed the winter of 23/24 in this RV park and made a tremendous amount of lifelong friends. It is a family RV park but the majority of people staying the winter are retired folks from around the country. There are a lot of activities weekly to get involved with along with an indoor and outdoor pool, shuffle board, horseshoe pits, pool tables and much more. A peaceful and friendly place...

This an older but nice resort. It is children and pet friendly. The sites can be a little tight for larger RVs. The resort is fairly quiet even though it borders a busy highway. Most of the highway noise is during the day. There are 2 pools, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor.. There is a game area with shuffleboard, foosball, and horseshoes. There are plenty of paved areas to ride bikes, Overall, this is nice resort.

This was our second year as seasonal campers (over 55). We came back because we loved the area, the lots are an ok size and it was quiet. We appreciated the indoor pool and hot tub and the overall friendliness of the park (not resort). We purchased a bigger camper and they accommodated us with a temporary lot with the promise of another. We spent 2 months by the road which is a drag racing strip after 11pm, the noise is unreal. We were ok because they told us they would switch lots however as Thousand Trails seem to take priority it was given away. The park has been taken over by weekenders or short stay which is not a problem if they follow rules, no kids in hot tub, no vaping, no fires, no noise after 11, but there is no one to monitor or security checking so we no longer feel safe and can no longer enjoy the pool and hot tub. We have decided it is time to go, which is really a shame because we did really like it here.
