The bus was there for licenses due to closing the main office in Brooksville. The agents there were very very nice. Making the best of the situation. Grateful the bus was available for my needs.

The employees need to be supervised better. Ten windows three people waiting. On the marquis it said window 10 was attending a customer which was not true. Some customers walked off the street because she was familiar with an employee she signed in after I had been waiting and the employee took care of her. When I was finally called up window #3 she said that I would have to wait for another window because she could not help me with my request. Then I sat down again and when I was finally called I was explaining my personal court matter while her and another employee were having a break in her cubicle. No privacy if I wanted others to know my business I would post it on Facebook. These people are not ethically professional and just to know my taxes pay for this injustice service. They should be monitored to actually see how many customers they service per hour to know how many workers they actually need for the job they are doing. They provide horrible service. Good luck to whoever goes to the court house.

Everything is well maintained and clean. Parking is the main concern here. There is simply not enough parking in downtown Brooksville to support a building of this size with the number of employees and people going in and out. Even the new parking lot had an almost unnoticeable effect on the ability to find a spot within a quarter mile uphill walk. I'm told there is a golf cart shuttle, but I've never once seen it.

Very kind and helpful staff. Needs some work on the needs of low vision legally blind. ADA lacking in some areas ; however this is the norm in day to day living and experiences as a person who is both legally blind and mobility challenged.

Everybody everybody and everybody is so friendly here and I'm not kidding I'm serious.
First of all it was extremely easy and painless I wish I had 400 cars to register. I came from Connecticut where it is an absolute nightmare to register your vehicle.
I got my pistol permit with no issues at all
I got my fishing license with no issue at all happy to be able to use this facility as needed

No one shares info on where to go or how to check in all rooms are locked. Sat for 3 hours in hallway waiting to be called in to court to testify and they never knew I was there.
No one willingly helps the disabled or explains how to get in and out of building without struggling to climb all those stairs. Horrible experience. Very little signage. No directions.
