We recently stayed here for 5 days. The hotel needs a complete renovation. The furniture is very warn and outdated. Sheets are clean. Cleaning staff was very nice. Second night I felt something crawling on my arm. It was a big water bug. I told the front desk and he said they spray every month. He looked at me with a weird look as if I was bothering him with it. But since you can see daylight around the door. The bugs can get in. A light breeze moves the curtains. The landscaping around courtyard and pool is over grown with weeds. Needs attention. Breakfast bar okay. Seen better. Walls are thin you can really hear your neighbors. Our last night there two doors down a dog barked for hours. You get what you paid for. We would not stay here again.

For starters the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful.
However the room and stay wasn't as appealing.
The room wasn't clean in who knows how long. There were multiple stains across the room, sticky carpet and night stand, etc. The best part was pulling back the blankets to fino stains and bugs IN the bed! Paid for a room and couldn't even sleep in the bed. Oh and don't get be started on the showers. If you try to go to the office at night the doors are locked with a side window so one stands at so good luck trying to get assistance. Overall beware and choose a different

Upon checkin, there were two dirty wash cloths on the towels in the bathroom, the tv furniture is busted at the bottom, there appears to be a water leak above the tv, there is something black on the ceiling in the bathroom and around the shower area - possibly mold, there were small German cockroaches and other larger roaches around the sink area, the room walls don’t appear to be sound proofed and there was loud tv noise and conversations easily heard, dogs were barking until almost 1:15am, and there were people having a party outside until almost 2am. When requested a refund, hotel management denied any compensation. Please do not stay here. This is a very unacceptable hotel with poor accommodations.

Staying on the side of the road is a better option than this place. If you enjoy the smells of cigarettes filling your room, hair in your bed, broken headboards and bed frames, and moldy towels, this place is for you!! If not, look the other way.
Do NOT touch the bedding. When my husband’s skin accidentally touched the bedding, he broke out in hives.
The grumpy lady at the front desk offered no assistance other than an equally nasty room. When told the room smelled like cigarettes, she responded with “you’re in a non-smoking room.” Okay That clearly means nothing to others who stay here.
Again, do NOT stay here unless you want to leave with an infectious disease.

Positive: That I was able to leave. Negative: It was disgusting the room smelled like a smokey bar all the towels and sheets were dirty. The floors were not swept or mopped. People were living there so the property had trash everywhere and it was loud all night from partying. I would never go back.

I am so disappointment in this room. Considering I paid a $187.68 Not that its a lot of money, it's a lot more the most. And I thought it would have been a little bit of a nicer, place. there is a dead baby roach in the ice bucket, how gross? If someone cleaned this, they would have seen this. I have a cleaning company in wildwood, new jersey this is unacceptable, I took multiple pictures. Every room needs to be painted & updated. The headboard looks like it's missing Some sort of stripe it was glued appead to be running right down the frame, sdirt on the floor p*** on the floor pictures and mirrors are dirty &

Even though we were there due to Hurricane Milton, and ended up having to stay for a very extended period, the entire staff were absolutely wonderful to us and made sure that we were OK and that we had what we needed during our stay... and we were treated with the utmost respect and as if we were "family " ...
We will stay there again...but it will be for fun next time...
A HUGE THANK YOU to the ENTIRE staff....

You get what you pay for.
The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, despite the entire Choice system being down.
The room itself did smell a bit musty, but that's very common in Florida. It was nothing out of the ordinary and you become nose blind to it quickly. It was clean. I did have a small mark on my bathroom wall by the door, and some of the furnishings looked old and had some corrosion on them, but again.. you get what you pay for. The towels, bathroom, and bed linens were all clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
Breakfast was what you would get at basically any other hotel for this price range - waffles, fake eggs, sausage patties, cereal, etc. It will fill your stomach. They even had biscuits and gravy, which I rarely see at Quality.
The pool and hot tub area looked very nice and well maintained, but I didn't use them. The hotel is obviously older, but all in all it looks like they work hard to keep the building and grounds clean and safe, despite the area not being the best.
There is some foot traffic outside throughout the day and night, so keep your doors locked and your valuables in your room.
The hotel Wi-Fi was pretty good for hotel standards. Average speed was 10 Mbps down.
All in all, it did the job. I would stay here again. To the people complaining - if you want a better experience, pay more money and go somewhere else. Quality Inn will never be a resort, but it will be comfortable and will be a good stop for a night or two.
