We rented tables and chairs for our Wedding Shower and Elizabeth was wonderful to work with. She was able to quickly add a last minute item to our invoice and it made it onto the truck for delivery that day. All of the tables and chairs have been up kept well! Our wedding shower was in Lake City therefore we had the items delivered, and the delivery/pick up fee was not outrageous. Looking forward to working with Elizabeth in the future!

We recently used Revel for a Grand Opening at Blue Compass RV. Working with them couldn't have gone smoother. I had nothing to worry about when it came to delivery and pick up. Will definitely use them again.

They were absolutely fantastic. The delivery was early and the rental costs were incredibly reasonable. I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely use them again. Elizabeth was always very quick with communication and I even had to add a couple tables last minute. I can't say enough good things about them.

The experience was very upsetting for my family. We worked really hard to have a beautiful Wedding for our son and the treatment that he received from the Event Group was just wrong. From the start there was a call to the company stating that because the delivery truck could not get into our gate that they were going to leave an the rental would still be charged. Then when they were putting up the tent there was landscaping that they ruined. No one ever told us about it we had to find them for ourselves. The excuse was that when then tent when up it was dragged over the plants, and that they were sorry and would replace the plants. They did offer to replace the plants but that was not really the complaint, it was that the guys should have told someone about the mishap. Then once the tent was in the guy said that they were very busy and that they may not make it back to pick the tent up until Tuesday or Wednesday (because we are behind a closed gate they would feel okay to leave it a few days.) but early on Monday morning the truck was at the gate saying that if they could not get in that we would be charged for another days rental. You know that there is a way to approach people and it is not to threaten them with being charged extra. If arrangements would have been made for them to be there on Monday morning then we would have had the gate open for them to get in and would have been ready for them!

The staff is incredibly helpful and prompt! My boyfriend and brother went to pick up the chairs and tables I rented for an engagement party and the PRE staff loaded everything up for them and sent them on their way. Can't recommend this team enough!

These are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever encountered. Their secretary Hanna has no idea was she is doing ! After calling on Sept 19th to reserve tables for our Father's Memorial, and waiting for an email ...
I called back on Sept 25th so hear on the 26th they don't have the tables for an event 5 days away!!?
If you want to have people that care about your event and want to speak with professional people ... call Party Time Rental!
Don't bother with these people . Shameless and their Manager will lie about what they said and do , just to leave you hanging . Pathetic!!!

Provided EXCELLENT communication in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted for my wedding! And the linens I chose were even more beautiful in person than they were in the photos they sent me. Great group of people here!
