I chose my flight times around Brian’s availability! I check his schedule before the airline lol I have had the pleasure of riding and becoming really good friends with Brian for over 2 years now! Couldn’t ask for a more punctual, friendly, safe ride and the inside of his vehicles are immaculate and has amenities for riders like phone charger for every style electronic device.

After using BMac Services several times (which was good service), our March 4th flight was cancelled by the airlines on January 28. We immediately cancelled our reservation for the car service (giving a month and a half notice). The cancellation confirmation we received stated there would be no fee if the airline cancelled the flight. However Brian sent a text requesting a fee. I sent him his confirmation showing there would be no fee when the airline cancels the flight and told him I wouldn't be paying it. He then told me he would no long offer his services to us.

Brian does a great job and we use him everytime we travel. He is always on time ,friendly . Our last trip he waited for us even when our plane was late . He will always keep track of your flight and text you with updates.

Brian makes all of our trips back and forth to the airport so simple. His communication is incredible, he text to confirm, and text an hour before pickup. He’s a blast to talk to and his vehicles are too notch. Super clean and comfortable. Would give him 10 stars if I could.

Brian is always top notch. He took us to the airport and on the return flight he tracked our flight and saw it was going to arrive earlier than expected. He was there waiting. Quality service. We will use Brian's service for as long as he is in business.

Our 2nd time using BMac Taxi service. Brian was able to rearrange his schedule on very short notice to get us to the airport to escape Hurricane Milton. He is prompt, friendly & most importantly a safe driver.
