Mady and Corbin made our first rafting experience easy and memorable. They took such good care of us and made sure we hit some great waves. It was my 1st time whitewater rafting, and I loved it! I felt safe. They took good care of us. I did the more adventurous part of the river with some little rapid - definitely the best choice. Bryce was a fun guide. I highly recommend it. It's one of my favorite things I've done this whole trip!

Highly recommend new wave adventures!! We had an amazing time. My friend and I had no experience rafting and were a little nervous before hand but it’s super easy to learn and anyone can do it. We wanted to make the most of our stay in Denali so we booked the triple lakes trail hike in the morning and the wilderness wave raft tour in the afternoon. Both were great. Bela was our guide for both the hike and the rafting. He is very knowledgeable about anything Alaska, friendly and professional. We learned a lot about Alaska and saw some of the most beautiful scenery.

Excellent time. We’ve never rafted on a glacier river before. It was awesome. Beau, our guide, kept us safe and encouraged us to have a good time. They provide you with wetsuits to keep you nice and dry, but wear a couple pairs of socks to keep your feet warm.

New Wave Adventures in Denali was our first time whitewater rafting and it was an amazing time. Beau and Ani took our group out, with Beau being our captain, and he was amazing (even his dad jokes)! We did the Canyon Wave Raft Tour and I highly recommend this. We felt safe the entire time and nobody fell out of raft. We also enjoyed zip lining and atv tours in Denali, but this was the best. The photos they took during were amazing.

I have wanted to go on a rafting trip since I was a teenager and that was over forty years ago. My husband and I booked the Canyon Wave trip, with class 2, 3 and 4 rapids. We even got to see a class 5, which our guide kept us out of for safety's sake but got us close enough for a good look as we went by. Our guide Michael was a consummate professional, with nearly thirty years of experience rafting all over the world, so we were in great hands. You will be given the option to paddle or just ride along. Take the paddle. It was such a blast to feel a part of the experience. We even saw a moose with twin calves at the edge of the river! The whole process was simple from booking to finish. The picture package after the trip had excellent shots. We usually never buy the token tourist pics but bought these because they were such good quality and will remind us of the wonderful experience we had on the Nenana River. Be sure to dress warmly. I had on a t shirt, sweatshirt, two pairs of socks and jeans under the dry suit they provide and still got very cold by the end. It was SO worth it! Michael and New Wave Adventures, thanks for making my childhood dream come true.
