My family (2 adults, 2 young kids) used Lauderdale Hospitality for 3 transfers on a recent Royal Caribbean cruise out of Ft Lauderdale: Airport P/U to Pre-cruise Hotel, Hotel to Cruise Port, Cruise Port to Airport. Kristen was great! Very responsive with comms, price quoted was reasonable and better that other quotes I received. Communications with the drivers on each leg was excellent- they'd text and call to explain where to go and when they'd be there. Every transfer was on time and safe. Great experience, I'd highly recommend them for your cruise transfers!

We cruise out of Fort Lauderdale at least 2 times per year and use Lauderdale Hospitality to get from the airport to Embassy Suites, then from the hotel to the cruise port and then from the cruise port back to the airport. It is the easiest, fastest and best way to go! They have always been very professional with us and provide flawless service. Alex at the Concierge desk at Embassy is the absolute best and has never steered us wrong. We will be back in the fall!

They gave us incorrect check-in instructions and they did not have us on any list after we paid for transportation from our hotel to the cruise port. When I booked the ride we were scheduled for a 10am departure. We didn't get to leave until close to 11am. I would not recommend this company. Very unorganized.

The gentleman at the concierge desk was one of the rudest people I’ve met. I even apologized for not knowing what I was doing but told him that was HIS job, to help me. He huffed and puffed the whole experience and I still told him to smile. Life will get better. He practically threw the receipt at me. It makes Embassy Suites look bad. Your company should not have such a personality in customer service.

No call/No show at 4:00 am for our 6:15 am return flight, even though pick-up arrangements booked 4 days in advance and confirmed the night before.
We were late for our flight.
DO NOT USE! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!!
