Never have I ever had a problem doing my taxes until I did them here.. I filed a claim in 2015 where I NEVER received my money and to add, someone tried to steal my identity. When I called to try and figure out what was going on, the lady was never to be found or "busy". Shady business in a shady place. AVOID.
