Great servie and easy to use web portal. I switched about a year ago to IDC. They have a great system for creating cutom designs and fast shipping times. Their customer service is also top top. Have had some shipping issues and though its not on them (its the shipping company) they have thought outside the box to make sure the order arrives on time. Very grateful for the service and peace of mind!

I was very impressed with the quality of the product, but even more so with their customer service. They helped us with a social and service event. and as volunteers and not professional event/marketing people we had a lot of questions. They were quick to provide personal replies and were really helpful with suggestions. Their website and online ordering was straightforward, and I found the products to be a really good value. I cannot say enough good things about this company. When it appeared that my order had been lost in the mail, they went to great lengths to make up for the loss. These guys were super awesome! Had 200 cloth wristbands printed for my event and they came out amazing! They showed up 5 days earlier then my event even! Super professional and worked with me on the creation from start to finish. Even had a 3rd logo i needed added (most designs allow 2) and they accommodated with very little hassle! 5 outta 5 stars is hardly enough for the excellent customer service I got. A special shout out to Skylar and Melissa for being super helpful and i look forward to working with you guys for future events!
