They are the worst. I needed to apostill a document. Mrs. Margarita told me that it would be ready in four weeks at most. After I paid for the service, they didn't care about keeping their word or respecting my time. They gave me the document three months later when it was no longer useful.

Love coming here to do my taxes. The staff is excellent and attentive. Come here to do your taxes. They will make sure you are attended to properly, and they are thorough. The second time, I have been doing my taxes here. They have a committed customer.

Wouldn't say they're the best. You book through them, they use third party booking site, you then get a "reference number" NOT a confirmation number, then when you ask them can they help get the confirmation number they ask you to do the work and call the hotel. Makes no sense if you're booking through an agency that they would not assist along the way. Oh and get your confirmation via email - they give you a paper print out as your reservation confirmation!!!! Not even an email confirmation. Get all the info upfront otherwise you'll just be another number after they're done with you.
