We stay in hotels all over. This hotel is EXCELLENT in every, single way. Service is fantastic, everything is so clean you could probably eat and sleep on the floor---seriously, staff is constantly cleaning. Breakfast twas wonderful and lots of variety, hotel grounds are kept very well and clean. Our 2 bedroom room was huge, clean, great appliances and daily service. It is a wonderful hotel in all ways and we will for sure stay here again. Great job everyone! How a hotel should be run!

The couch was very uncomfortable and I hated the pillows. The fridge and microwave were very nice and the bed was comfortable. The outside has a gas grill and a place to smoke a cigar if you want too. This was an excellent part of the stay most people won’t even notice. The pool was clean as was the entire place. I would definitely recommend it.

We have been staying at this facility since March on Business related travel. At all times Kylie and Melanie treated us so very good and welcoming. We were always treated like family. The accommodations were amazing clean and very well kept. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming And we always enjoyed our stays here. The timeframe from which we stayed starting in March through September ending in October. The appearance of the facility was always clean, well kept & organized. In addition, Julian always provided friendly approachable, customer service and recommendations of places to visit in the area. The entire team at this location was extremely friendly and family oriented. The manager Amy was also very accommodating, and made sure that everything was in working order. lastly, we always want to give a special thanks and recognition to Kylie and Melanie and Julian, for always being absolutely wonderful to us!

🚨 A NIGHTMARE STAY: BED BUGS AT HOME2 SUITES BY HILTON 🚨

I never imagined I'd have to make a post like this, but after what I experienced at Home2 Suites by Hilton (6015 Exchange Way, Bradenton, FL 34202), I feel obligated to warn other travelers.

I checked into Room 328, expecting a clean, comfortable stay—instead, I woke up covered in painful, burning welts. Bed bugs. Dozens of bites across my arms, chest, back, and neck, leaving my skin irritated, swollen, and unbearably itchy. I felt disgusting. Violated. Trapped in a situation that never should have happened in a Hilton-branded hotel.

After reporting it, I was moved to Room 313. But by then, it was too late. The damage was done. I had to throw away my luggage ($200 loss), just to ensure I wouldn’t bring bed bugs home with me. That’s how serious this was.

Hilton conducted a third-party inspection, which confirmed the presence of bed bug shells in the room. They acknowledged the issue, but their solution? A few Hilton Honors points and two “Be My Guest” certificates. A generic apology and an offer to stay at another Hilton property—as if I could ever trust them again.

I don’t think Hilton understands what it feels like to go through this.

To wake up covered in bites that itch, burn, and leave scars.

To feel the anxiety of possibly bringing bed bugs into your home.

To throw away your belongings because no hotel should ever put you in this situation.

This experience has taught me a hard, painful lesson—never assume that a hotel’s reputation guarantees cleanliness or guest safety. Bed bugs can happen anywhere, but how a hotel responds makes all the difference. Hilton didn’t dismiss my complaint, but their resolution feels like an afterthought—insulting and completely inadequate for what I endured.

⚠️ If you’re traveling to the Bradenton, FL area, I strongly urge you to reconsider before booking this hotel. Guest safety, hygiene, and real accountability should always come first.

Great overnight stay 10/24/24 double-queen suite. Clean, quiet, large room with kitchenette. Very well done. Breakfast (6 stars) one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Conveniently located.

We stayed here for the first time during hurricane Helena, rooms were better than expected, very clean, very comfortable. Nice mini kitchen. Small living area, the staff was amazing!! I would stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone, so convenient to UTC Mall, restaurants, entertainment, all 5 minutes away.

Rooms clean and quiet. Be sure to choose room on the pool side, away from highway noise. Only complaint is TV service which is DirectTV. Impossible to watch anything as it times out, glitches, just the worst. Upgrade to a different service! Hoping the Hyatt Place next door has a different provider as I’ll be trying that next time.

Melanie at the front desk is awesome and she is incredible at her job and the best example of how to interact with guests positively and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and great overall experience (which was appreciated during the stressful time we stayed during Hurricane Milton).
