What an experience this was for my children. This was my second cruise but the first for my children. They had an absolutely aaaammmaaazzzzzziiing time. Unfortunately, one month prior to our departure, my husband had a family emergency that required him to leave the country. Rock from Dees Travel Agency. Was very helpful and accommodating. He made calls to the airline, to Carnival cruise and researched what he/we could/ would have to do in order to get a refund or any credit. Special shout out to Rock for all his assistance. Additionally, we left during Hurricane Helene and again Dee called to make sure my family would
Be safe before and during the cruise. He assisted with pre-check in for the airline, provided emergency phone numbers and truly went above and beyond the call of duty at this time to ensure that we had ALL pertinent information.

This cruise when from Port Canaveral in Orlando, all to Nassau in the Bahamas to Princess Cays then to Grand Turks. This was a six day cruise and it was worth every dime spend.

This cruise was nothing short of being exceptional. Despite the ship being an older ship (Carnival Freedom), you wouldn’t be able to tell or know. All the events, shows, activities, and amenities were all up to par! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and met all of our needs. (Boy do they work hard).

Anyway, if you’re looking to book a vacation, I say look NO FURTHER! Dee’s Travel Agency is it! I will be going through them for ALL MY TRAVEL NEEDS! I am beyond please with their service and I’m positive you will be too.

We had a very positive experience with Dee’s travel on our family Disney cruise. Rock is very conscientious and works hard to keep his clients happy. He went above and beyond for us so we could celebrate our son’s birthday while onboard. He stays on top of things and tries to respond quickly with our questions. The only problem I had was technology glitches between his electronics and mine causing delays. He is on top of our travel agent list.

I was planning a trip to the Bahamas very last minute and reached out to Dee’s travel agency. Rock quickly responded to me and asked some questions so he could make the best recommendations. I have to start off by saying Dee”s Travel is by far the best travel agency I have worked with. Their prices are a little higher compared to other agencies, BUT for the quality of the customer service you receive is ABSOLUTELY worth it. Rock was very quick in finding what I needed and the location. He was very detailed and very responsive for every question I asked (I asked a lot of questions too). He was patient with me in helping me understand everything about traveling international. Rock not only helped with booking my trip, while we were away he checked on us to make sure everything was good. He followed up with me to make sure we arrived back home safely too. To me that is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To have a travel agent that genuinely cares about his clients is a great thing. So if you are reading this review don’t think about it twice go with Dee”s Travel. You will not regret it. Definitely will be booking with them for future trips.

Rock helped us to plan the perfect trip to Disney world! We had an amazing time, our hotel hotel was beautiful and we got a reservation during a very busy time of the year and had it not been for Dee’s Travel Agency we would not have been able to go. Our trip was affordable for 2 people and all our plans went smoothly without any issues. Rock checked on us a few times during our trip and was even available to help us get our room switched from a king bed to two queen beds when we initially arrived, Disney hotels are amazing and helped us with the process immediately without any issues. Highly recommend, they have planned a few trips for me now and they have all been wonderful!
