SCAM. Bait and switch. NOT A TRAVEL COMPANY. They give you a gift card when you sign up and then never get back to you. I called and made my reservation, completed a survey and was happy to attend a 2 hr sales pitch, whatever.. I like outdoor gear. But no, they failed at sending my hotel reservation confirmation in over a week's time; I called and asked twice. A week... That is pathetic. Fraudulent and riddled with tripwires and fees. They bait you in with a gift card and a sweet special needs person (in Nashville, TN) then you learn about the numerous fees you may incur when you make your reservations. Bass Pro shops has propped up this fraudulent "travel company" and actually hired a special needs person to rope you in, then the old silver tongued salesman slips in and gives his pitch... Disgusting... Avoid. I demanded a refund for failure to provide me with my freaking travel info! If you are actually a legit travel company, wouldn't you prioritize confirming the customer's trip so they may plan accordingly to go on said trip? I made it SUPER clear to the sales rep upon purchase that getting time off work was not easy. Once they get your money they hang you out to dry. To the Outdoor traveler rep that will feel compelled to respond to this review... do not waste your time. I associate your entire brand name with FRAUD.

They lied to me! I bought a Las Vegas trip and they showed me this nice hotel and said I would be staying there. And when I booked they said I had to stay a the Tropicana? And they said I would get a $50 gift card plus a $25 when I called to book they said I would only be getting two $25 gift cards! Don't trust them! They are hustlers! Liars and con artist! You will see! Don't say I didn't warn you!

My husband and I bought into Bluegreen in January 2016 on our honeymoon at TradeWinds, St. Petersburg and it was the best purchase we ever made! We bought a very small points package, so we have only used our points once in the last 15 months as owners. However, we use our Bonus Time/ Travelers Plus ALL the time!!! We have gone for weekend getaways 10-12 times this past year. We have planned and enjoyed 3 family vacations with 8 or more people. The only reason we haven't stayed for more than a few days is because we haven't had that much time off work.

Absolutely the best money we ever spent. The only thing I wish we could do is allow our family members to use our bonus time, but that just gives us an excuse to go with them! Don't be scared off by the few bad reviews. There are so many happy customers who don't take the time to post online. Give this company a chance, it's the best thing we ever did!!!

Do not sign up for these promotions! I was promised that I would be able to transfer to any other resort at any time I wanted within 1 year with the same package. Just 3 days later when I tried to book my vacation, not so!!! They wanted me to change the reservation type, the price of the package, and the compensation package also. More money, more money, more money! So incredibly disappointed and more than 3 hours invested in buying the package and 3 calls invested after the purchase.

Scam, I purchased a ticket back in AUGUST 2015 and wanted to go for a vication in June 2016. when I purchased the tickets and paid 199 $ they did not ask me about my annual income and when I tried to make a hotel reservation they asked me if I'm making 40.000 $ annually ,so i said no. so they told me I'm not qualify for the vacation and we can't refund your money or give you the tickets. After a 4or 5 phone calls and speaking with a different people every 5 min. they claimed that I signed a paper says that I'm making 40.000 annually.I told the lady i dare to send me that paper. After that they decided to refund my money. What I wanna say baiscly they're a punch of scammer's they ruined my plans for my birthday cause I already bought rented a car and purchased a plane ticket.

My husband bought one of these vacations for me for Bass Pro Shops(emphasis on me). It was $199 and they give you a $75 BPS giftcard and a promise of another $50 gc(75 if you book within 30 days) and a free cruise once you attend the required presentation(which is during ur freakin vacation).
Now he specifically told the guy he wouldn't be going(my husband is disabled and can't travel) and that it was to be a girls trip for me and a friend. He said this multiple times and the guy said it was fine and he wouldn't have to go to the presentation. When he got home and showed me this I went on the website and read the fine print and lo and behold he does have to go and attend the whole thing. So the guy lied right to his face repeatedly.
So I had no choice but to cancel. Then he tells me I will receive a full refund less the amount my husband spent on the gc. He was told that the gc was a gift and that if he cancelled he would receive a full refund and could keep the giftcard too. Another lie!
I am less bothered by them deducting the gc money than I am by the fact that we wouldn't spend that much otherwise. We don't go to BPS often and it's gonna take us years to use that card.
Do not fall for this scam, run!

This is a scam!! DO NOT USE BLUEGREEEN VACATIONS!! If there was a rating less than 1 star, this company would get it! Not only are they very pushy to sell you Timeshare, they do not mention the additional charges. I.E...( Taxes, Upgrading to a room or cabin that is descent enough to stay in without feeling like a homeless person, Additional charges because of the dates you would like, ETC....) I could of saved $100 off of my "FREE CRUISE" opposed to what Carnival Cruise original charges are!! CAN YOU SAY "RIP OFF BLUEGREEN"? That is what you guys are!! I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS!!

Don't even think of the promotion.
that company is fraud convinces you with a gift card when they speak to confirm that reservacion you made it is necessary to have a partner to qualify for the promotion and I was disqualified.
