Tried booking a trip through this company and was shocked at how belligerent, rude and disrespectful the employee was. Maybe he was having a bad day but in all my life, I’ve never seen a grown man act in such a childish, bratty manner. It was like watching a three year old throwing a tantrum in a grocery store because he couldn’t get a toy, it was simply unbelievable. To think that a grown man would act in such a manner is beyond insane. As far I’m concerned, the man is sick and needs professional psychiatric help. Literally gave me a headache and I had to rush off to the nearest grocery store to pick up some generic Tylenol and something to drink.
