Brie and Marissa were such a joy to work with!! As a wedding photographer, I work with planners all the time, and can tell you what a HUGE difference it makes having someone so proactive, organized, and on top of things on wedding day. William and Christina's timeline was jam-packed with SO many fun moments, and there's no way we would have been able to fit it all in if it weren't for Brie and her team. They did such a great job coordinating people and making sure everyone knew where to be and when, constantly checking in on time and making sure nothing ran over, all with the biggest smiles. What could have been a chaotic, stressful day, felt absolutely seamless thanks to them! If you are contemplating hiring a wedding planner or coordinator for your big day, look no further! Brie was great to work with! She was communicative and so knowledgeable - she gave us great advice on how to organize the day and what to consider when choosing vendors. Since we are from out-of-state, Brie was so nice in letting us send some decor pieces directly to her in Colorado instead of trying to fly with them. Overall, our wedding day went smoothly and Brie was such a huge part of taking the stress out of that day.

Brie with Events by Bee was the best of the best and made my wedding everything and more! I was completely stress free and didnt worry about anything because she took care of everything! Gave me support and advice when I was nervous about dress shopping. Gave great recommendations with vendors when I couldn’t find the right people! Overall the best and had the best wedding!

We were so thankful to work with Brie on coordinating our wedding!! We knew we only needed day of coordination, but Brie was there to support and communicate any time leading up to the wedding which we thought was super generous and rare for a day-of package. Each check in call we had with her felt professional and efficient (her many years of experience and training probably plays a big role in this!) She is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and an all around great energy to be around both when planning, and the day of the event. On the wedding day, when inevitable hiccups happened- Brie responded quickly by presenting solutions. Her assistant was also really lovely and helpful as well!! 10/10 would recommend working with Events by Bee!

Brie is truly heaven sent. She was so helpful and there for us every step of the way, beyond organized, and on top of it! She eased our nerves with her knowledge and calming presence leading up to the day and took care of everything to ensure it was exactly what we wanted and how we wanted our day to do. Things ran so smoothly because of her! Brie went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. She is so nice and sweet and generous!!! Brie was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the planning of my wedding. I don’t know if I could have done it without her! I tried to study up on how to plan a wedding, but there was plenty of things I missed that she caught, she was very helpful with picking vendors and asking the right questions, being available to talk when I got stressed and had a great day of timeline!
