Update: Owners response below is a good representation of their attitude. Who's speaks that way to their customers? I can assure you, every word I wrote in this review is true. Murray Marine was able to come to the house today and they identified the problem right away. Lift plate was installed upside down. He stated that this is unfortunately a common mistake with technicians that have no idea what they are doing. Fortunately we have fraud protection on our credit card. Ask around, this business has a very bad reputation. We had a similar experience as another reviewer with their technician "Chief". He was supposed to come out but never showed up nor answered our phone calls or text.
The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time. Boat taken to them to install lift cletes. Not only were the flush mount design type we asked for not installed, they pulled out of the frame of boat very first time boat was lifted out of the water. I have tried amicably to give them the opportunity the correct their mistake but have found them increasingly difficult to not only receive a call back, but to speak to me on the phone. Wife has hung up on me several times.
I had a separate service appt scheduled to fix a water pump issue and their repair tech never showed up nor answered his phone for two days. When he did show up, the estimate was $150 more than what they told me over the phone. When I asked about the discrepancy, the tech called back to the marina and was instructed to leave without repairing the pump. I then called Marina and Will (owner) was too busy to come to the phone as usual. Wife said I refused to pay my bill and then hung up on me. They seem very overwhelmed and unable to deliver promised service nor quality. Wife told me she has three businesses they are trying to run, seems like quantity not quality. I will not be using them further and do not recommend this business to anyone else.

THIS IS NOT A PARTS OR SERVICE CENTER AS OF 2022.
Boat storage, fuel, snacks, souvenirs, booze, but no parts. Amazing staff!!!

I gave them a call a week before I showed up down there for an oil change on my 50 hp, four stroke Suzuki. Over the phone I was quoted a price of $200.
Came down to the Keys and before I took the boat out of the garage.
Drove over to make sure that everything was going to be okay to bring it in that morning,since it was Columbus Day. And ask them for a written quote. Quoted price was no longer $200, it moved up to approximately another $50. Regardless I decided to go ahead and give them the benefit of doubt.
The work was done in a timely manner and I picked up the boat. And explained to me how to reset the hour meter buzzer, so the buzzer would not go off. Saying that I had not actually paid for that service from them.
Backed it into the garage lower the motor down an oil started coming out from the prop area. Mind you I have some hours on the boat but it has never ever leaked. And all the different oil changes. And companies that have done that work for me.
I had come down for jury service and had a limited amount of time to play with.
Phoning back over there I explain the situation. And was told that I could go ahead and bring the boat back in the morning.
Mr. Ray accepted that fact and told me to bring the boat on over park it out front
And he would put it back in the shop, when he got back from picking up another boat.
Since it was just about 5 p.m.....
I drove through that area on my way back from Home Depot in Marathon in the boat was still out front.
After jury duty was cancelled on Tuesday.
I called to see what the progress was on the boat... and was informed that there were many boats prior to mine that needed to be worked on.
At which point I told him that I was just going to come pick the boat up. The boat was still out front exactly where I had dropped it the night before.
Currently I have a bucket underneath the lower unit for oil that's draining out of it. And I will be pulling it back to my trusted mechanic in Pompano Beach.
I had so hoped to find a reputable company in the keys at long last.
On upside the front store staff is professional, and exactly what you'd expect from a good company to work with.

Had a major issues with the windless anchor releasing in the middle of the ocean doing 45 MPH. The anchor gouged the brand new Nortech and we We’re concerned about the hole. They hauled the boat for me, arranged for an amazing fiberglass repair guy to come fix it and had It ready the next day! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Just bought a new to me boat and broke the winch strap, it was old and brittle, just before pulling the boat up to Islamorada to get it wrapped. Stopped in on the way and they had a good selection of straps. I took the strap out to put it on the trailer and realized I needed tools I did not have with me. I went back in and the owner pulled one of his guys off a project to put in on for me, at NO cost! They even gave me some helpful tips and showed me how to use the two speeds the winch has. Great customer service and very helpful the handful of times I have been in.

I had the pleasure of meeting the staff a few weeks ago for some supplies. I recently stopped in and Erin greeted me immediately and even remembered my name. Place is immaculate! Staff is friendly! Product selection is also excellent. I look forward to seeing them again shortly.
