I have written to this company three times with no response asking for a refund for the horrible quality product they sent to me. I have ordered four other stocking from them which I was happy with. They must have changed suppliers and now their classic red velvet stocking is about as cheap as something you could get much cheaper at a drug store. If they ever respond I will revise my review but for now I am very disappointed.

I ordered 2 stocking on Nov 11 for over $50.00, called 3 weeks later after I didn't receive anything. They sold out of 1 stocking and never called to notify me. I switched to another one....2 wks later no stocking so I called again. Now they were out of the other one, again never notified me. I cancelled the order and at this point everyone else is sold out so I have nothing.

Needed a memorial marker for my dog. It was a really hard weekend, Sunday night I ordered this through Amazon and Tuesday afternoon FedEx delivered the package. It was great quality stone. Thanks for helping me memorialize my dog Cookie. He would approve.

The worst place ever, I had to glasses made for my daughters wedding...they put the wrong date on them and tried to tell me that’s what I ordered (because I wouldn’t know my daughters wedding date).

So they told me to send them back for a 50% refund. It cost me over 15.00 to send them back.

Plus the glasses are very cheap looking, nothing like on the site. Never will I purchase anything from this horrible company

Horrible experience in dealing with this company. They ship the product to Canada with no mention of how high the broker fees are. When I called them to mention that this fee was almost the cost of the product itself they told me it was my problem (apparently I was speaking with the owner). She also mentioned that I would be doing them a favor by not ordering from them again. Horrible customer service they should not be shipping into Canada without mentioning on their receipt that you are subject to brokerage fees duties and taxes.
