When I say XO events was the best thing we did for our wedding I mean it!! We had Kassie as our day of coordinator and helping with planning a month leading up to the wedding and she took all the stress off of last little planning! She was so prompt on getting back to me with emails, text, phone calls. She was great with contacting and coordinating with vendors. I can’t even being to explain how great she was on the day of the wedding too! From creating a timeline to bringing us our food and drinks she did it all!! Our wedding was perfect! If something went wrong, I had no idea because she took care of it! She was a great hype woman complimenting everything which made me feel like I had the most beautiful wedding. She also was so patient answering questions for my parents too and believe me they had a lot? couldn’t recommend XO events enough and especially Kassie!!

XO Events is the best of the best, truly! I was initially on the fence about booking a 6 week coordinator because I felt like I “had it under control”. Kassie and the whole XO team was INCREDIBLE to say the very least. I had a few wedding fires to put out but Kassie was ON TOP of it and I truly felt like I had not one single thing to worry about.

My husband had a medical emergency the day before the wedding so I was a little mia the wedding day but Kassie had everything expertly taken care of to where I didn’t feel nervous at all. So many people commented that it was the most well executed wedding they had ever been to (even my boss said that!).

We TRULY couldn’t have pulled it off without Kassie and the team. I can’t tell you how many times I called my mom after a meeting with Kassie to say “oh my god. Kassie is sooooo awesome”. Hiring them was 1000% the BEST wedding decision we made!
